Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 107 civil papers with 16 evictions and 3 writs throughout East Montgomery County. Numerous suspects were arrested, clearing 16 JP4 warrants, and 2 Montgomery County warrants, 1 Grimes County warrant, 1 City of Humble warrant, 1 Tarrant County warrant and 4 City of Roman Forest warrants.

No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!

6 vehicles were towed in Precinct 4 because drivers had no license and/or no insurance, 7 were towed because the drivers were arrested and 1 was towed for other reasons.

Polvado,RyanWayne Ryan Wayne Polvado, 28, of Porter, will probably call a locksmith or a friend the next time he locks his keys in his pickup. However, it could be a while before Polvado has to worry about truck keys. Deputy E. Rivera arrested Polvado on December 8, around 3:30 p.m., after Polvado called law enforcement to unlock his vehicle despite having 12 outstanding warrants.


Ramos,ReynaElena Elena Ramos Reyna, 50, of Houston is charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Deputy R. Ford arrested Reyna around 2:30 a.m. on December 11 after motorists reported a vehicle swerving from one lane to another on Northpark Drive. By the time Deputy Ford reached Reyna, her vehicle was stuck, having “high centered” on a curb that is part of the median.

Stockton,RichardAaron Richard Aaron Stockton, 43, of Humble is charged with third-degree felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. On December 9, Deputy A. Looza stopped Stockton for a traffic violation in the 23500 block of Hwy 59 and noticed a glass marijuana pipe in plain view. A search of the vehicle produced a small plastic bag containing methamphetamine.


Stewart,DebraAnn Debra Ann Stewart, 53, of Cold Spring is charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence (third-degree felony); state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts); Possession of Marijuana and Hinder Apprehension/Prosecution. Deputy J. Chapa arrested Stewart just before 11 p.m. on December 13 after a routine traffic stop in the 12000 block of Hwy 59 revealed she was in possession of marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine, which she attempted to place on the roadside during the traffic stop in an unsuccessful attempt at avoiding detection.
