Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 56 civil papers with 18 evictions and 2 writs throughout East Montgomery County. Numerous suspects were arrested, clearing 13 JP4 warrants and 11 Montgomery County warrants, and 3 other warrants.
No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!
12 vehicles were towed in Precinct 4 because drivers had no license and/or no insurance, 10 were towed because the drivers were arrested and 6 were towed for other reasons.
He should “kick” the habit instead
Mark McKinley Dixon, 49 of Conroe is charged with Public Intoxication. Deputy J. Chapa arrested Dixon during a narcotics investigation in the 15500 block of Firetower Road around 10 p.m. on February 23. When deputies responded to the location, Dixon was sitting on the front steps exhibiting signs of intoxication. Dixon began yelling at deputies as they attempted to interview the homeowners and continue their investigation. His belligerence only grew and at one point, he threatened to “kick” the Precinct 4 narcotics detection trained K-9 as the dog searched the property.
Guess what, Mom
Ila Candice Adams, 30, of Houston, is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (M/A). Cpl. A. Looza stopped a vehicle at the intersection of FM 1485 and Johnson Rd. in the early morning hours of February 26. Adams, a passenger, was found in possession of Xanax, for which she had no prescription. Adams said she took the controlled substance from her mother earlier that day.
Hurrying caused a major delay
Cpl. A. Looza and Sgt. B. Clendennen were on patrol around 11:30 p.m. on February 24 when they stopped a blue Cadillac traveling at a high rate of speed on Morgan Cemetery Rd. near Ward Rd. The driver was placed in custody after he was found to have an outstanding warrant. A standard inventory search of the vehicle revealed 6.6 grams of marijuana and 5 Oxycontin tablets. Derek Lee Covey, 21, of Beckley, West Virginia is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (F3); Possession of Marijuana (M/B); and an outstanding Montgomery County warrant.
– Kathryn Elizabeth Parks, 27, of Seabrook is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (M/B); and Driving while License Suspended (M/B). Around 2 p.m. on February 25, Deputy E. Rivera responded to a motor vehicle accident involving Parks and found she was driving with a suspended license and was in possession of Vicodin without a prescription.
– Danny Marzet Hinton, Jr., 29, of Porter is charged Public Intoxication (M/C). Deputy R. Ford arrested Hinton at the Nowhere Lounge on Sorters Rd. in Porter after responding to a disturbance at that location.
– On February 25, around 3:30 a.m., Deputy J. Bergland and other deputies executed a search warrant in the 9700 block of Slaughter Road in Cleveland where they found 24-year-old Robert Floyd Apgar of Coldspring and 48-year-old Lisa Darlene Terry of Cleveland in possession of 1.6 grams of Seroquel, .20 grams of morphine, and 13.3 ounces of marijuana. Apgar is charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (MA); Possession of Dangerous Drug (MA); and Possession of Marijuana (MB). Terry is charged with Possession of Marijuana.
– Brent Anthony Schutter, 28, of Humble is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (M/A) and Possession of Marijuana (M/B). Deputy J. Chapa arrested Schutter around 1 p.m. on February 28 after a routine traffic stop revealed Schutter was in possession of marijuana and Xanax.
