Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 186 civil papers with 4 evictions and 1 writ throughout East Montgomery County. Numerous suspects were arrested, clearing 14 JP4 warrants and 1 Montgomery County warrant, 3 Patton Village warrants and 2 City of Humble warrants.
No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!
17 vehicles were towed in Precinct 4 because drivers had no license and/or no insurance, 15 were towed because the drivers were arrested and 1 was towed for other reasons.
Around 9 p.m. on Feb. 10, Deputies Frazier and Chapa working radar in the 22000 block of E. Martin Drive when Deputy Frazier stopped a car for speeding. Multiple factors
aroused suspicion, including a strong odor of marijuana. A search of the vehicle uncovered marijuana in the center console. When deputies took Dillon into custody they discovered cocaine on his person, as well as a stolen .32 caliber semi-automatic handgun with serial numbers that had been filed in an attempt to alter them. Dillon Thomas Grahm, 18, of Porter is charged with Possession of Cocaine (F3); Theft of a Firearm (SJF); Possession of Marijuana (MB); and Tamper with Identification Numbers/ Firearm (MA).
Jamie Siller, 22, of Conroe is charged with Driving While License Suspended/Invalid (MB) and Possession of Marijuana (MB). Diller was arrested around midnight on February 9 at the intersection of FM 1485 and FM 2090 after a deputy stopped Siller for a traffic violation and noticed a plastic sandwich bag containing marijuana on Siller’s lap.
Roberto Perez, 30, of Houston is charged with Possession of Marijuana (MB). Around 11:45 p.m. on February 12, a Deputy R. Ford stopped the vehicle Perez was driving on FM 1485 at Hwy 59 and found a plastic sandwich bag containing marijuana sitting on Perez’s lap.
Richard Dean Steinecke II, 21, of New Caney and 19-year-old Richard Eugene Wilganowski are charged with Possession of Marijuana (MB). On February 14, Steinecke was driving westbound on FM 1314 when Deputy R. Ford stopped him and noticed a strong odor of marijuana emitting from Steinecke and his passenger, Wilganowski. Suspicious behavior led to a search of the vehicle which revealed a small plastic bag of marijuana. Both men identified the other as the owner of the contraband.
Zavier Carlos Maples, 39, of Houston is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (SJF). On February 12, around 3 a.m., Deputy J. Bergland conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Maples and noted multiple indications of substance abuse. A search of the vehicle and Maples’ person revealed a glass pipe containing methamphetamine residue. The deputy also discovered two small plastic bags containing methamphetamine on Maples’ person.
Johnathan William Cooper, 25, of New Caney is charged Possession of Marijuana (MB). Just after midnight on February 12, Deputy J. Bergland stopped Cooper for a vehicular violation and discovered marijuana inside the vehicle.
Lee Aurthur Rice, 41, of Porter is charged with Possession of Marijuana (MB). Around 9:30 p.m. on February 12, Cpl. A Looza stopped a vehicle in which Rice was a passenger and found the driver, 41-year-old Kenneth Wayne Gamblin had an active warrant for his arrest. Further investigation revealed Rice had a small plastic bag containing marijuana. Both men were arrested.
Kathy Taylor Wright, 49, of New Caney is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (MB) and Driving While Intoxicated (MB). Deputies E. Rivera and J. Downing arrested Wright on February 10 around 6 p.m. following a collision at the New Caney Jack in the Box restaurant located near the intersection of FM 1485 and Hwy 59.
Robert Eugene Landgraf, 30, of Conroe is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (F3) and Joe Anguiano Delgado IV, 21, of Houston is charged with Possession of Marijuana (MB). Constable Hayden arrested the pair on February 9 around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Loop 494 and Mickie, after a traffic stop that revealed Landgraf was in possession of methamphetamine and Delgado had marijuana.
Stephanie Renee Spurlock, 25, of Porter is charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance- Hydrocodone (MA), and Soma (MB) and three outstanding Precinct 4 warrants. Deputy Juan Chapa arrested Spurlock on February 7 around 6:30 p.m. after stopping her for a traffic violation and discovering the drugs for which she could produce no prescription.
