District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

A 45 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:40am, August 20, and taken to jail from a residence on FM 1314 by Sgt. E. Ward for a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

A 38 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:45pm, August 20, and taken to jail by Deputy S. Degner for a harassment motion to revoke warrant out of Montgomery County.

A 25 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 9:17pm, August 20, and taken to jail from #1 Criminal Justice Drive by Deputy S. Degner for a theft warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a report of an intoxicated male in the parking lot.

A 23 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:37pm, August 20, and taken to jail from a residence on Shadow Bay Drive by Deputy J. West for two traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 1. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious person call.

A 63 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:03am, August 21, and taken to jail from a residence on FM 2090 by Deputy C. Santoro for six traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating an assault call. Additionally, the male was charged with possession of marijuana after the recovery of a marijuana plant in his back yard.

On August 21, Deputy Z. Winford was sent to a family violence call on Spanish Oak. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her husband had come home and started an argument which led to him threatening her. The male 47 year old male was located on Highline Oaks Blvd and was arrested at 4:55am.

A 45 year old female from Willis was arrested at 9:56am, August 21, and taken to jail from a location on FM 1484 and Airport Road by Deputy A. Terrell for a fraud possession of controlled substance prescription warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy located the female in a vehicle after an attempt to locate.

On August 21, Deputy M. Aaron responded to a residence on Coon Hollow reference violation of a protective order. The Deputy met with a male and found that he had an active warrant for violation of a protective order out of Montgomery County. Through the investigation it was found the male was sending text messages to the protected party. The 38 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:16pm, charged with violation of a protective order and the warrant and was transported to jail.

A 40 year old male from Spring was arrested at 12:09am, August 22, and taken to jail from a residence on Suzanne Drive by Deputy J. West for three traffic warrants out of JP 1 Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.

A 21 year old male from Spring was arrested at 1:10am, August 22, and taken to jail from a residence on Point Aquarius Blvd by Deputy Z. Winford for three traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a noise disturbance call.

On August 22, Deputy S. Degner was dispatched to a store on E. Williams Road in reference to a male passed out on a bench. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated. The 46 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:20pm and taken to jail.

A 26 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:17pm, August 23, and taken to jail from an area on Darkwood by Deputy S. Ortiz for a traffic warrant out of Willis PD. The male had been stopped on a traffic violation.

On August 23, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 18400 block of Hwy 105W. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 50 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 11:24pm, charged with DWI (5th), a felony, and taken to jail.

On August 25, Deputy K. Berger and S. Degner stopped a vehicle on traffic violation in the 400 block of Pacific. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 40 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:30am and charged with DWI. A 37 year old female passenger from Conroe was arrested for public intoxication. Another passenger, a 33 year old male, also from Conroe, was arrested on a theft by check warrant out of Montgomery County.

A 51 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:19am, August 25, and taken to jail from a residence on Point Aquarius Blvd by Deputy C. Santoro for seven traffic warrants. The Deputy was investigating a suspicious vehicle.

On August 26, Deputy S. Degner stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 10300 block of Iron Ore Road. The male driving the vehicle attempted to evade the Deputy by pulling off the road and turning off his lights and then hiding in nearby woods. The 24 year old male from Conroe was located and arrested at 1:51am, charged with DWI and evading and was taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On 08-16-12, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the 25000 Block of Budde Road. Upon arrival and during an investigation, it was discovered that a subject at the location had an active local warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and a 26 year old male from Austin was taken into custody for the active warrant.

On 08-18-12, Deputy Reuvers was dispatched to the 25000 block of Grogans Mill Road, in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arriving, Deputy Reuvers located the vehicle and it was discovered that a subject had an active aggravated robbery warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and a 23 year old male from Kingsville was taken into custody for the active warrant.

On 08-21-12, Deputy Wilkerson conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Rayford and Richards Road. Upon identifying the driver, it was discovered the driver had an active local warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and a 57 year old male from Spring was taken into custody for the active warrant.

On 08-21-12, Deputy Zavorski responded to a warrant service in the 9000 block of Sendera Ranch. A subject at the location advised that he wanted to turn himself in. A 20 year old male from Magnolia was taken into custody for the active warrant.

On 08-23-12, Deputy Frantz, along with other responding Deputies were dispatched to the 25600 Block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to a disturbance. It was discovered that a female had assaulted a male. A 41 year old female from Spring was arrested family violence.

On 08-24-12, Deputy Lawless, along with other responding Deputies, were dispatched to the 25500 block of Brookhaven in reference to a disturbance. It was discovered that a male had assaulted a female and a 24 year old male from Spring was arrested.

On 08-24-12, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the 150 block of Valleywood Drive, in reference to a welfare concern. Upon arrival it was discovered that a subject at the location had an active out of county warrant for his arrest. A 24 year of male from Spring was taken into custody.

On 08-25-12, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the 2000 block of Shadow Glen, in reference to a family violence. The suspect was seen running and was detained. It was discovered that the male had assaulted a female and had several active out of county warrants. A 34 year old male from Willis was arrested.

On 08-27-2012, Deputy McKee received information on a fugitive staying in the 29000 block of Fox Mountain. Upon arrival the Deputy located the subject. A 20 year old male from Spring was taken into custody.

On 08-27-2012, Deputy Frantz was dispatched to an attempt to locate on a vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and a small amount of marijuana was found in the vehicle. A 26 year old male from Houston was taken into custody for possession of marijuana.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 8/22/12 Deputy Burk was dispatched to Ruth Dr. in reference to a Family Violence. Upon arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect got angry and threw a chair. The victim ran into the home and locked the door and the suspect broke a window and came into the home. Once inside he then assaulted the victim. The suspect, a 38 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.

On 8/23/12 Deputy Azwell was dispatched to the Dollar General Store on FM 1485 in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arrival he made contact with the suspect and while retrieve stolen items from her purse he located crystal methamphetamine. The suspect, a 38 year old female from Splendora was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On 8/24/12 Deputy Burk was dispatched to Ford Rd. in reference to a Family Violence. Upon arrival he met with the victim and learned that the suspect had pulled her by the hair and punched her. The suspect, a 30 year old male from Porter was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.

On 8/25/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz conducted a traffic stop on Loop 494. Upon making contact with the driver he observed signs of intoxication. The suspect, a 26 year old female from New Caney was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On 8/25/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz conducted a traffic stop on Loop 494. Upon making contact with the driver he observed signs of intoxication. The suspect, a 29 year old male from Humble was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On 8/25/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz was dispatched to Ford Rd. in an attempt to locate a reckless driver that was driving erratically. Upon arrival to the area he located the vehicle and suspect and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver he observed signs of intoxication. The suspect, a 46 year old male from Conroe was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On 8/25/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz observed a vehicle fail to stop prior to entering the roadway on Loop 494 and the vehicle drifting in their lane of travel. A traffic stop was then conducted. Upon making contact with the driver he observed signs of intoxication. The suspect, a 25 year old female from Kingwood was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. During the arrest several Soma pills were located. The suspect was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On 8/25/12 Sgt. Miller was dispatched to the Porterwood Apartment Complex in reference to a Trespass in Progress. The suspect was walking around the complex with nowhere to go and was intoxicated. The suspect, a 40 year old female from Porter was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.

On 8/25/12 Deputy Holden was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arrival he found that the suspect had attempted to leave the store without paying for $67 worth of merchandise. The suspect, a 49 year old female from Houston was arrested and charged with Theft which was enhanced to a Felony due to 2 prior convictions.

On 8/26/12 Deputy Azwell and Senior Sergeant Altemus were dispatched to a suspicious person on Alpine Heights. Upon arrival learned that the suspect had dug up a cable line and several of cable transformers. The suspect also went inside a home. Sergeant Altemus located the suspect, a 23 year old male from Porter, and he was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass of a Habitation.

On 8/26/12 Deputy Azwell was dispatched to a Burglary on 4th Terrace Drive. Upon arrival he found a 32 year old male from Seguin, Texas passed out in a vehicle. Deputies found inside the car items that had been stolen from a nearby vehicle. The suspect was arrested and charged with Burglary and he also had an outstanding warrant for Possession of a Gambling Device.

On 8/26/12 Deputy Amstutz and Deputy Bautista were dispatched to a disturbance in the parking lot of Exxon on FM 1485. Upon arrival they made contact with a female involved in the disturbance. The female appeared intoxicated and was arrested for Public Intoxication. During her arrest the suspect became combative and assaulted deputies. The female was arrested and taken to jail. At the jai the suspect spit on jail officers. The suspect, a 28 year old female from New Caney was charged with two counts of Assault on a Public Servant and one count of Harassment of Public Servant (spitting).

On 8/26/12 Deputy Bartoskewitz was travelling on SH 242 and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver he observed signs of intoxication. The suspect, a 23 year old male from Van Nuys California was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On 8/23/12 Deputy White arrested a 27 year old female from Kingwood for a Failure to Appear Warrant.

On 8/24/12 Deputy Sherlock arrested a 38 year old female from Porter for an outstanding Pct.#4 traffic related warrant.

On 8/24/12 Deputy Holden arrested a 45 year old male from Splendora for two Aggravated Assault warrants.

On 8/25/12 Deputy Amstutz arrested a 49 year old male from Houston for two outstanding Solicitation by Pedestrian Warrants.

On 8/25/12 Deputy Smith arrested a 25 year old male from Conroe for a Failure to Appear warrant.

On 8/28/12 Deputy Burk arrested a 45 year old female from Conroe for two outstanding traffic warrants.

On 8/29/12 Deputy Amstutz arrested a 26 year old male from Splendora for failure to appear warrant

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On August 26th Deputy Provenzano was patrolling the Hazy Hollow subdivision conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, a 31 year old male. The subject advised that he did not have a driver’s license because it was suspended. Dispatched confirmed the subject’s license was suspended and he had a previous conviction for DWLS. The suspect was arrested.

On August 26th Deputy Crandell and Sergeant Funderburk executed a Felony Warrant out of Harris County for Tampering with a Government Document. The 27 year old male was located in the 31000 block of Johlke Road and arrested for the warrant.

On August 26th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Decker Oaks Subdivision in reference to a Disturbance. A witness had seen a male and female arguing. The Deputy located the subjects and the 17 year old male was intoxicated. The male was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and a small amount of marijuana was found inside his pocket.

On August 25th Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the 29000 block of Dallas Street in reference to a 23 year old male knocking over a neighbor’s fence and fighting. Upon arrival of deputies the subject had fled but was found a short distance away. The suspect was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

On August 25th Deputy Mittag was dispatched to FM 1486 in reference to an Assault. A 34 year old male had been in argument with his wife and intentionally drove his vehicle into a ditch causing his wife to be thrown into the front windshield. The suspect drove away leaving his wife. Witnesses saw the suspect in the parking lot of a nearby bar. The suspect was arrested for assault and DWI.

On August 21st Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to the 29000 block of Nichols Sawmill. Upon arrival the Deputy observed a 48 year old male walking. The subject’s wife told deputies that that her husband had assaulted her. The subject was taken into custody for Assault.

On August 17th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a Welfare Check at Hardin Store Road and Dobbin Huffsmith in reference to a 22 year old male subject passed out. The subject was shown to have an active Felony Warrant through Grimes County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject taken into custody.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

On 8/21/12 Deputy Lowe met with a complainant for a reported Assault. The complainant stated he was speeding through a neighborhood when he was stopped and approached by an elderly male. The complainant and male became involved in a physical altercation. The case remains under investigation.

On 8/22/12 Deputy Treille conducted a traffic stop in the 16000 blk of HWY 105 W. Upon making contact with the female driver she stated she did not have her license. The female gave a name and date of birth that was found to be false. Upon learning the female’s true name she had 3 traffic warrants. The female was charged with Fail to Identify Fugitive and transported to jail.

On 8/24/12 Deputy Davis was on patrol in the 19700 blk of HWY 105 W when he observed a passenger car driving into oncoming traffic. The deputy conducted a traffic stop. Deputy Davis checked the driver and found his driver’s license was suspended. The driver was arrested for Driving While License Invalid and transported to jail.

On 8/24/12 Deputy Jackson was on patrol in the 18500 blk of HWY 105 W when he saw a vehicle sweving. Deputy Jackson stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver a white female. Deputy Jackson detected a strong odor of alcohol and observed two open containers in the console. The female was slurring her words and unable to keep her balance. The female was arrested for DWI and transported to jail.

On 8/24/12 Deputy Wroten conducted a traffic stop in the 11400 blk of Alcott Dr. A check of the driver’s license through dispatch reviled an open misdemeanor warrant. The driver was arrested and transported to jail.

On 8/26/12 Deputy Davis responded to a noise disturbance on Mohawk Dr. Upon arrival Deputy Davis advised the parties to reduce the noise. As the deputy was walking to his patrol car he noticed a white male standing at the doorway of the garage and he could smell an odor of marijuana. As the deputy approached he could see the male was holding a small plastic bag and the suspect walked into the garage and tried to hide the bag. The deputy found that the bag and it contained a small amount of marijuana. The male was arrested and transported to jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On 08/25/12 at 0020 hours, Deputy Conklin saw an intoxicated male at Lake Robbins and Water Way Avenue. The 50 year old male from Pasadena, Texas was arrested for Public Intoxication.

On 08/25/12 at 1140 hours, Deputy Niquette was on patrol in the area 12000 Grogan’s Mill looking for a person who had been involved in a disturbance. The deputy found the suspect and the suspect had an 8 inch butcher knife inside his pants. The 33 year old Woodlands resident was arrested for Unlawful Carry of a Weapon and Possession of Marijuana.

On 08/26/12 at 0251 hours, Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the area of Reedy Pond Court in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The deputy found the vehicle and could smell a strong odor of Marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. A 18 year old Spring resident was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

On 08/26/12, Deputy Drake was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in regards to a shop-lifter. The juvenile was detained after taking items from inside the store and exited without making any attempt to pay for the items. The Conroe Juvenile was transported to Juvenile facility and booked.

On 08/26/12, Deputy Breeze observed a traffic violation at IH 45 @ Woodlands Parkway and conducted a traffic stop. Contact was made with the driver and after a DWI investigation it was determined that the male driver was intoxicated. The driver, a 34 year old male from Spring, Texas was placed under arrest for DWI.

On 08/23/12 at 1405 hours, Deputy Johnson was dispatched to the 300 block of SH 242 in reference to a Theft. The male suspect had taken several items from inside the store. He was placed into custody for Theft. The 66 year old Conroe male also had an arrest warrant. He was then transported to Conroe and booked on both of the charges.
