MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ACTIVITY FOR NORTH DISTRICT

District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)

On 7/18/2016, Deputy Parsons came into contact with a male who was showing to have active warrants out of Montgomery County. The warrants were confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 7/22/2016, Deputy Senn was dispatched to a bar in the 12900 block of Lake Conroe Hills Drive, in Willis, in reference to a male who was sleeping on the bar steps. After waking the male up, Deputy Senn determined the male was intoxicated. Deputy Senn asked the male where he lived and provided him a courtesy transport to a home he claimed to live at. It was later discovered that the male to not live at the address he advised he lived at. The male was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 7/22/2016, Deputy Rollins was dispatched to an accident in the 13100 block of FM 830. Prior to arriving, Deputy Rollins was advised by a Precinct 1 Constable Deputy that the female driver was attempting to leave the scene on foot. The female was located in a wooded area and was returned to the scene of the accident. After identifying the female, she was found to have an active warrant. The female was transported to a hospital to be checked for injuries. While at the hospital, she attempted to leave. After being released from the hospital, she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with interfere with public duties, escape custody, duty striking fixture and for the active warrant.

On 7/22/2016, Deputy Collignon responded to a disturbance call in the 14000 block of Broken Arrow. Upon arrival, Deputy Collignon met with female complainant who told him she had been assaulted by her sister. Upon meeting with the sister he determined she was the aggressor and arrested her for assault and three active warrants. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On 7/23/2016, while on routine patrol in the area of FM 3083, Deputy Merlos came across a motor vehicle accident. After identifying individuals involved, a female driver was found to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the female was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 7/23/2016, Deputy Winford was dispatched to the 12900 block of Longstreet, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputy Winford located a male sitting in his vehicle falling asleep. When the male exited the vehicle, he was showing signs of intoxication. After an investigation, the male was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 7/24/2016, Deputy E. Martin was dispatched to the 17200 block of Hunters Trail, in Conroe, in reference to a disturbance call. Deputy E. Martin made contact with a male suspect who was attempting to remove something from his pocket and place it on a counter. The item was a plastic bag with marijuana. The male was arrested for possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 7/24/2016, while on routine patrol in the 14000 block of Longstreet, in Willis, Deputy Winford stopped a vehicle on traffic for an expired registration. Upon identifying the driver, he was found to have and active warrant out of Harris County and his driver’s license was expired. The driver was detained for the warrant. While inventorying the vehicle, Deputy Winford found a plastic bag with methamphetamine. The male was arrested on the warrant, possession of controlled substance and driving while license invalid.

On 7/24/2016, Deputy Winford responded to a suspicious person call in the 12000 block of Oak Park Drive, in Willis. Upon arrival, Deputy Winford located a male sitting near a mail box at the end of a driveway. The male showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for public intoxication.

On 7/24/2016, Deputy Parsons responded to a disturbance call in the 16000 block of Coaltown Road, in Willis. Upon identifying individuals on location, Deputy Parsons identified a female who was showing to have and active warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the female was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 7/25/2016, Deputy E. Martin was dispatched to the 700 block of Stone Mountain Drive, in Conroe, in reference to a disturbance call. Deputy E. Martin made contact with male complainant who told him his girlfriend was intoxicated and had assaulted him. He reported after she assaulted him, she also assaulted his mother and had bit a large chunk off his mother’s lip. His mother was transported to the hospital and the girlfriend was arrested for aggravated assault. The female suspect was transported to Montgomery County Jail without incident.
