District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On July 4, Deputy S. Degner was sent to a disturbance in the 17100 block of Holly Glen. The suspect male was leaving the scene. The Deputy on arrival observed the suspect drive back by and noticed a shotgun sitting in the male’s lap with his 23 month old son standing beside him (not in a car seat). The Deputy stopped the male and detained him. The male was found to be intoxicated. The three male complainants at the Holly Glen address advised the male had come over and pointed the shotgun at them. After checking the weapon, it was found to be stolen out of Willis PD. The 32 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:30pm, charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, DWI with child in the vehicle, and
possession of a stolen firearm. He was transported to jail.
On July 4, Deputy K. Berger was notified that a male was threatening a family with a handgun in the 4400 block of Grand Oaks. The Deputy met with two male complainants who advised they were popping fireworks in the roadway when a male approached them with a flashlight. As an
argument took place the complainants observed the male to have a handgun. He then pointed it at them and threatened to kill them. The argument continued and the male said he was going to get his shotgun. The complainants gathered their children, went inside their residence and called
law enforcement. The 63 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:08pm, charged with
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and transported to jail.
On July 5, Deputy D. Pena responded to the 12100 block of Maverick Drive in reference to a disturbance in progress. The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated she and her boyfriend had been arguing and he was intoxicated and had threatened violence. The 30 year old male from Conroe was located walking unsteadily in the roadway and was arrested for public intoxication at 3:33am and transported to jail.
On July 6, Deputy S. Degner was dispatched to the 10500 block of FM 1097 in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her common law husband had gotten into an argument and she tried to leave when he grabbed her by the throat and threw her down. As she got up, the male struck her in the abdominal area with a closed fist. The male left the scene and then drove back and was detained. The 34 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:34pm, charged with assault and transported to jail.
On July 9, Deputy K. Berger was sent to the 9700 block of Magnolia Drive in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he had been assaulted by his step-father. They got into an argument and the male suspect grabbed the complainant by the neck and choked him. The complainant’s mother got in between the two and attempted to break it up; however, the complainant was able to get the suspect off of him. The 33 year old male suspect from Conroe was arrested at 2:34am and transported to jail.
On July 11, Deputy K. Berger was notified of a family violence assault in the 3000 block of Mann Road. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband had been arguing and he pushed her with his hands and pulled her hair. The male pushed on the bed, got on top of her and told her to calm down. The complainant said her husband got a handgun from the closet and held it in his hand and told her to calm down. The 39 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:49am and transported to jail for aggravated assault.
On July 11, Deputy C. Holcomb responded to the 9100 block of Hoda Drive in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband had gotten into an argument. He was intoxicated and started slapping her. He grabbed her by the throat and threw her down on the floor and pinned her down. He picked up a pillow and began covering her face and mouth trying to choke her. During the incident he told her he was going to kill her. He finally released her and calmed down. He later passed out and she called 9-1-1. The 22 year old male from Willis was arrested at 5:45am and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On July 4, 2010, Corporal Barber was dispatched to a residence on Richards Road, in reference to a Disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant, White Female 21 yrs old who stated that while she was out for the evening her White Female 20 yrs old, roommate began removing property from the home. She arrived home to confront her roommate and upon doing so, her roommate attacked her. The roommate stated she was trying to remove her belongings while the complainant was out, to avoid a confrontation. She stated the complainant came home and attacked her. Both advised the other was the aggressor in the situation. Both were placed into custody for Assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
A 61yr old White Female was arrested July 5, 2010, after she made several abusive calls to the Dispatch Center regarding a noise complaint. Officers had responded twice that evening, and explained that there was not any illegal activity occurring. The suspect continued to call Dispatch and curse at the call-takers.
On July 6, 2010, Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Sawdust Road. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, Black Female 16 yrs old from Houston, was found to be in possession of 4 clear plastic baggies containing a total weight of .32 ounces of marijuana. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.
On July 7, 2010, Deputy Hernandez was dispatched to a residence on Oak Canyon Drive in reference to a Family Disturbance. Dispatch informed Deputy Hernandez that the complainant had driven away from the residence. Deputy Hernandez spoke with the complainant, who seemed disoriented, had glassy eyes and slow speech. At that time, Deputy Hernandez noticed that there was a small child in the backseat of the vehicle. The driver, White Female 25 yrs old from Conroe, stated she had had a few beers and had taken her prescription medication. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for DWI. The child was released family members.
On July 7, 2010, Deputy Kimpton responded to a Welfare Check on Spring Ridge Drive. After conducting his investigation, he arrested a White Male 54 yrs old from Spring, Tx. for Assault. During the booking process at the Montgomery County Jail, the suspect was found to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette and was charged with possession.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 7/6/10 Deputy Huante was dispatched to the 20000 block of Crystalwood Estates in reference to an assault in progress. Upon his arrival he met with the complainant and learned that the husband had slapped a hat off of her head and then pushed her. The suspect, a 24 year old male was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.
On 7/8/10 Deputy White was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a shoplifter call. Upon his arrival he met with loss prevention and learned that the suspect had concealed $96.00 worth of merchandise and placed it in her purse. The suspect then purchased other items and then left the store without paying for the items in the purse. The suspect, a 34 year old female was arrested and charged with Theft.
On 7/12/10 Deputy Lawless was dispatched to a bar in the 20000 block of Loop 494. Upon his arrival he met with the bartender who stated that her husband arrived on location and became intoxicated. The Deputy made contact with the subject and he was highly intoxicated, could not follow instructions and could not stand or walk without assistance. The subject was taken into custody for his safety and the safety of others. After being arrested the suspect attempted to damage the patrol car by striking the window with his feet. The suspect, a 38 year old male was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
On 7/12/10 Deputy Lebeau was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a Theft call. Prior to his arrival he was advised that the suspect had attempted to steal merchandise and then fled the scene in her vehicle. The suspect was stopped on the feeder road just north of the store.
The female was brought back to the store and identified as the female that stole the $849 worth of merchandise. The suspect, a 33 year old female was arrested and charged with theft.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On July 11th Deputy Herman and Deputy Hollan were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call at Hardin Store Road and Autumnwood. The vehicle was located parked at 26700 Hardin Store Road. Upon identifying the driver of the vehicle a 28 year old white male subject he was ran through dispatch and found to have open warrants out of Polk County for Aggravated Assault and Deadly Conduct which was confirmed as active. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 11th Deputy Zavorski and Deputy Tavarez were dispatched to the Oak Hills Subdivision in reference to a Family Violence in Progress. Upon arrival the Deputies detained a 27 year old Hispanic male subject who is the husband of the Complainant. The Complainant advised that her husband had arrived home intoxicated and began arguing over their children. As he began to assault her the two male children in the residence tried to intervene and the subject struck both of the children also. The subject was arrested for Assault Family Violence and two counts of Assault by Contact Family Violence.
On July 8th Sgt. Russell observed a 41 year old white male subject who he had knowledge had active warrants for Violation of Protective Orders. The subject was at a red light on FM 1488 and Spur 14. The subject was taken into custody and transported to male booking in Conroe.
On July 5th Corporal Bybee was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to an Assault. Upon arrival Corporal Bybee observed a 52 year old white male with injuries he had sustained from an altercation with a neighbor over trash being dumped in a ditch in front of the neighbor’s residence. The neighbor, a 55 old white male subject admitted to the striking his neighbor over the trash issue. The subject was arrested for Assault and transported to the South County Jail.
On July 5th Deputy Hollan and Sgt. Russell responded to a Dispatch Call in the Hunters Retreat subdivision in reference to a Criminal Trespass in Progress. Upon arrival Deputy Hollan met with the Complainant who stated that the two subjects, a 30 year old female and a 29 year old male had both entered their residence without permission and after being told to leave sat in their driveway in their vehicle and still would not leave their property. The two subjects had a Criminal Trespass Warning issued for the residence. Both subjects were arrested for violation of the Criminal Trespass and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 2nd Sgt Russell initiated a traffic stop on a white Chevy Cavalier that was traveling North bound on FM 1774. The vehicle was slow to stop, but finally came to stop in the 36500 block of FM 1774. Sgt. Russell observed Marijuana remnants in plain view on the center console. The 25 year old white male subject was removed from the car and after questioning confessed to having in his possession a pound of Marijuana. Sgt. Russell located the Marijuana along with digital scales and zip lock bags for repackaging the Marijuana for resale. The subject was arrested for Felony Possession of Marijuana.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 07/07/10 Deputy Garner responded to a local establishment located at 15600 Marina Dr in regards to a Disturbance between a male and female patron. Investigation revealed that both subjects were intoxicated and were causing a disturbance inside the business. Both subjects were
arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on an undetermined bond.
On 07/07/10 Deputy Favorat responded to Forest Service Rd 248 and Stubblefield Lake Rd to assist US Forest Service Officers on an investigation involving several individuals camping in the US Forest. During the investigation, Deputy Favorat determined that one of the males on
location had an outstanding warrant through Montgomery County. The subject was arrested for the Assault Warrant and placed into the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
On 07/08/10 Deputy Howze responded to the 19800 block of Bluewater in regards to the Burglary of three vehicles. The Complainant reported that someone burglarized all three of his vehicles overnight while they were parked in his driveway. The amount of theft was estimated to be in excess of $500. It was determined that all three vehicles were unlocked at time of theft. The case is under investigation by the Patrol Division.
On 07/11/10 Deputy Garner and Lowe responded to the 16900 block of W Hammon in regards to a Disturbance in progress. It was reported by several individuals on location that an intoxicated female was waving a handgun around, had pointed it at them several times and afterwards fired several rounds off inside the home into the floor. There were no reported injuries at the scene. The female Suspect and the handgun were located. The Suspect was arrested for Deadly Conduct and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $750 bond.
On 07/11/10 Deputy Thompson and McCarthy responded to the public boat ramp located at 12500 Scotts Ridge Rd in regards to a Theft. The Complainant reported leaving his boat and trailer in the parking area overnight and upon returning the next day, found that they had been stolen. The boat and trailer were valued at $30,000. This case is under investigation by the Auto Theft Task Force.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On July 1, 2010, at approximately 3 am, Deputy Gonzales was patrolling in and around the area of 25 Water Way Avenue, when he noticed a trashcan knocked over and the contents spread over the street. In checking the area for possible suspects, Deputy Gonzales observed the suspect, White Male 18 yrs old from Houston, TX, walking on Lake Robbins. Deputy Gonzales attempted to make contact with the suspect, who took off running towards the parking garage. Deputy Gonzales gave several verbal commands for the suspect to stop running however the suspect continued to evade him. The suspect then entered the south stairs at 25 Water Way Ave. Deputy Gonzales followed him into the stairwell and chased him up two flights of stairs. Upon approaching the third flight of stairs, Deputy Gonzales again yelled for the suspect to stop or he would be Tased. At that time, the suspect stopped and he was detained. The District Attorney Office was contacted and advised of the situation. Since the property was not damaged, only charges for Evading on Foot were accepted. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident. During this incident, Deputy Uber arrived on scene, located two other individuals, and approached them to verify if they were involved in some way. Both stated they did not know the suspect and gave statements that he was following them earlier. The suspect identified the two individuals as the suspect’s bother (White Male 17 yrs old) and his roommate (White Male 18 yrs old). When confronted with this information, both individuals stated they lied trying to distance themselves from the suspect. The District Attorney Office was contacted and advised of the situation and charges for False Report to a Peace Officer were accepted. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 7, 2010, Deputy Weatherford was dispatched to 25 Waterway Ave., in reference to a disturbance. The Complainant stated that a male subject was taking digital photographs and video of customers entering and exiting the location. When asked to leave, he continued to harass the customers. Upon Deputy Weatherford’s arrival, he observed the suspect and his companion across the street videotaping the entrance. When Deputy Weatherford attempted to approach the suspect, the suspect and his companion took off running. Deputy Weatherford chased after them until they entered the building at 24 Waterway Ave. They exited on the other side of the building where Deputy Weatherford continued the chase. The suspect looked back at
the deputy several times, however did not stop. Deputy Weatherford was finally able to stop the suspect in the 1500 Block of Lake Robbins. Deputy Weatherford explained that if the suspect had remained on the street instead of running, he would have been issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and released. Instead, he chose to run and make matters worse. Deputy Weatherford contacted the District Attorney’s Office regarding the situation, and charges for Evading Arrest and Detention were accepted. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On July 9, 2010, Deputy Godden was dispatched to a store at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, he met with the Loss Prevention Officer, who stated that he had conducted an investigation into employee theft. During the course of the investigation, it was found that the suspect, Black Female 25 yrs old from Houston, TX, had been conducting false returns and taking the money. It was found that the returns had started in January of 2010 and totaled $8,897. The suspect was also found to have taken 4 pairs of sunglasses totaling $654. The suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

7/3 – White Female 34 yrs old from Magnolia, TX – The recovered merchandise (3 items) was valued at $112.00. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
7/6 – White Male 16 yrs old from Conroe, TX – The recovered merchandise (13 items) was valued at $376.00. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
7/6 – White Female 15 yrs old from Spring, TX – The recovered merchandise (4 items) was valued at $85.99. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
7/8 – White Male 19 yrs old from Cleveland, TX – The recovered merchandise (2 items) was valued at $99.50. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
7/10 – White Female 16 yrs old and White Female 15 yrs old, both from Spring, TX – The recovered merchandise (7 items) was valued at $117.50. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 3040 College Park Drive:
7/2 – White Male 34 yrs old and White Female 21 yrs old both from Trinity, TX – The recovered merchandise (2 items) was valued at $79.96. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
7/4 – Black Male 26 yrs old and Black Female 21 yrs old both from Conroe, TX – The recovered merchandise (17 items) was valued at $133.26. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
7/7 – White Female 29 yrs old from Colmesneil, TX – The recovered merchandise (6 items) was valued at $56.00. During the course of the investigation, Deputy Pternitis located a broken pill in the suspect’s possession. The pill was identified at Dilaudid. The suspect was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
