District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)
On 12-07-2015, Deputy Ford was dispatched to a disturbance in progress in the 13900 block of Dolphin Drive, in Willis, Texas. While identifying parties on scene, the male caller was found to have an open warrant out of Houston County. The warrant was confirmed and male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On 12/07/2015, Deputy Parsons was dispatched to a disturbance in the 1800 block of Hackberry Lane, in Conroe. While in route, Deputy Parsons was flagged down at the intersection of Jefferson Chemical Road and FM 1485. Upon making contact with the female victim, it was determined that she was the party involved in the disturbance. A male subject was sitting in the back seat of the female’s vehicle with his hands covered by a blanket. The female had attempted to drive the male home to diffuse the situation and the male began assaulting her while in the vehicle. The male was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Deputy Campos was dispatched to a welfare check in the 100 block of River Plantation Drive, in Conroe, on the night of 12/09/2015. Upon making contact with the female driver, it was determined that she was intoxicated causing her to have a minor accident. The female was arrested for driving while intoxicated and her male passenger was arrested for public intoxication. Both parties were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On 12/10/2015, Deputy Lamphier arrived at a home in the 1500 block of Porter Road, in reference to a warrant service. The male subject was located, identified and place under arrest for an active felony warrant out of Montgomery County. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On 12/13/15, Deputies Merlos and Martin were dispatched to a disturbance in the 700 block of Evergreen Lane, in Conroe. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the male victim, who had been assaulted by his mother. The female was found in the backyard of the residence and failed to identify herself. The female was identified by family members and the female was placed under arrest for fail to identify. A citation was issued for the assault. The female was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On 12/15/2015, Deputy Ford was dispatched to a welfare check in the 4500 block of Rolling Hills, in Cut N Shoot. Upon arrival, it was determined that a 78 year old female victim had been assaulted by her 17 year old granddaughter after a verbal altercation. The female victim was transported by EMS for a sprained foot and possible fracture. The female suspect advised she pushed the injured female because she got to close to her. The female suspect was arrested for injury to the elderly and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)
On December 7, Deputy C. Cooke was sent to a location on Rayford Road, in reference to an assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised that she and a male (whom she is a legal guardian of) got into a heated argument that led to the male striking her in the head with a fist and choking her. The 18 year old male from Spring was arrested at 1:38am and transported to jail.
On December 8, Deputy J. Solomon was notified of an assault call on Tulip Lane. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband got into an argument and the male grabbed her by the throat and choked her. The 42 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:27pm and transported to jail.
A 24 year old male from Waller was arrested at 9:35pm, December 9, and taken to jail from a location on FM 1488, by Deputy J. Ochoa, for two warrants out of Waller County.
On December 10, Deputy R. Leverston was dispatched to a suspicious person call in the 25500 block of Interstate 45 North. The Deputy located the male and found him to be intoxicated. The 24 year old male from Spring was arrested at 12:59am and transported to jail.
On December 12, Deputy W. Mayes responded to an assault call in the 25500 block of Interstate 45 North. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her intoxicated ex-boyfriend had come over and had assaulted her by grabbing her throat and injuring her ribs. He grabbed a knife but she was able to get away. The 34 year old male from Spring was arrested at 9:38am and transported to jail.
On December 12, Deputy W. Sharman was notified of an accident at the intersection of Interstate 45 North and Rayford Road. One of the vehicles left the scene and was stopped by an off duty officer. The 25 year old male from Huntsville was arrested at 3:42am, charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, and was taken to jail.
On December 13, Deputy W. Sharman was sent to a location in the 25000 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to a male passed out in his vehicle in a drive thru line. The Deputy spoke with witnesses at the scene. The 37 year old male from Spring was arrested at 1:26am, charged with driving while intoxicated, and transported to jail.
On December 13, Deputy R. McClintock stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation on Interstate 45 North near FM 1488. During the investigation it was determined the vehicle was stolen. Two dirt bikes were located in the bed of the vehicle and each had vehicle identification numbers tampered with. The 23 year old male from Houston was arrested at 5:08am, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and taken to jail. Investigation is on-going in reference to the dirt bikes.
District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)
On December 08, Deputy Beauchamp was dispatched to a Conroe address for a disturbance. On arrival, he learned that a 35 year old male who had been drinking had become involved in an argument with his mother and sister. In his anger, he retrieved a pistol from his bedroom and discharged it into the floor of the house. The male was arrested for deadly conduct.
On December 09, Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart, for a shoplifter. He learned that a 26 year old female had filled two baskets with merchandise totaling $925.00 and attempted to leave the store without paying. The female was arrested for theft.
On December 11, Deputy Painter was dispatched to a Porter address for a disturbance. On arrival, he found that a 26 year old male had an argument with his female roommate over milk at the breakfast table. The two went outside and continued to argue when the male struck the female with a stick, which caused her pain. The male was arrested for assault.
On December 12, Deputy Lawless was dispatched to a disturbance at a Porter residence. The 35 year old male who had caused the disturbance had fled on foot before the Deputies arrival. Deputy Lawless was able to locate the male on the roadway. A wanted check revealed that the male had a local warrant. He was arrested without incident.
On December 12, Deputy Lawless was on a call at a New Caney trailer park when he noticed two people sleeping in a running vehicle. Upon making contact, the 26 year old male in the driver’s seat appeared intoxicated. When he could not locate his identification, he opened the door and got out of the car. In plain view in the driver floorboard of the car was a glass pipe and two plastic bags containing methamphetamines. The male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
District 4 – Lt. Allison Amundson (West County)
On December 11th, Deputy Jones was dispatched to the 19000 block of Ranch Crest, in reference to a disturbance call. The female on scene advised her husband had kicked in her front door and was pointing a gun at her and her children. Upon arrival, the Deputy observed a female and male standing in the front yard and no forced entry to any of the doors of the residence. The children advised there were no guns in the residence and a search produced none. The 46 year old female was taken into custody for false report to the police.
On December 11th, Deputy Jones was dispatched to the 19000 block of Ranch Crest, for a disturbance call. Upon arrival, a 45 year old male was standing in the front yard of his residence who was having a hard time standing and walking. After an investigation, the male was taken into custody for public intoxication.
On December 11th, Deputies Mittag and Lee responded to a disturbance in progress in the 24000 block of Shady Oaks. Upon arrival, the Deputies observed two males in the roadway, who upon seeing the units, both turned and left the roadway. The Deputies were able to get both males detained. The complainant advised he had been flagged down by the two males as he drove down Shady Oaks and one of the males had struck him in the face and told him to slow down. A 34 year old male suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant and assault by contact. A 43 year old male suspect was arrested for evading and possession of marijuana.
On December 8th, Deputy Morris was dispatched to a welfare check for a male who was heavily intoxicated and riding a bicycle in the middle of State Highway 249. The Deputy easily located the 27 year old male after numerous concerned calls from the public. The male had no cell phone and was too intoxicated to remember his own birthday. The Deputy placed him into custody for public intoxication.
On December 8th, Deputy Mittag was dispatched to the 29000 Block of Amarillo, in reference to an assault in progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with all parties involved. After a field interview, it was learned a female had been arguing with her grandmother when her father began to yell at her. He then threw a trash can at her and hit her in the stomach. As the argument continued, he hit her in the face with a bag of chips. The male was taken into custody for assault.
On December 12th, Deputy Jones observed a vehicle drive into a ditch, as the driver tried to turn into an apartment complex located in the 30000 block of FM 2978. The Deputy made contact with the 34 year old male who was driving and could smell an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. The male explained he was coming from work where he works as a bartender. After an investigation, the male was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On December 03, 2015, Deputy Warren responded to the 8500 Block of Crown Lake, in reference to an intoxication assault warrant. The wanted male was located and arrested.
On December 08, 2015, Deputy Warren responded to the 13900 Block of Lawrence Drive, where he arrested a male for public intoxication.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On December 12, Deputy Niquette met with a Deputy from Harris County Precinct 7, to take custody of a 44 year old female whom they took into custody on an outstanding Montgomery County warrant. The suspect was transferred to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On December 13, Deputy Hunter was dispatched to 3040 College Park Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody. A 34 year old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On December 13, Deputy Conklin was contacted by Deputies working an approved extra job at 1601 Lake Robbins, in reference to an intoxicated person. The suspect, a 35 year old male, exhibited slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. When speaking with the suspect, there was a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. The suspect was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
