MONTGOMERY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE BLOTTER DISTRICT 1

District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On January 12, Deputy T. Lambert received information in reference to a possible stolen vehicle in the area of Highline Oaks. The Deputy located the vehicle which was confirmed as stolen out of Harris County. David Matthew Painter, 22,  from Conroe was arrested at 8:05pm and taken to jail. He was charged with theft of property $1,500 to $20,000

 

On January 13, Deputy T. Lambert stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12900 block of Lake Conroe Hills Drive. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. Antonio Rojero, 33,  from Montgomery was arrested at 11:36pm, charged with driving while intoxicated, and taken to jail.

 

Raymond Dewayne Scott,  49, from Cleveland was arrested at 12:09am, January 14, and taken to jail from the 18900 block of Highway 105 East, by Deputy W. Rollins, on warrants for failure to appear and parent or guardian permitted unlicensed minor to drive.

 

Mark Sibley Adamson, 56, of Conroe was arrested at 4:26pm, January 15, and taken to jail from a location on Dogwood Lane, by Deputy A. Booher, for a motion to revoke probation warrant.

 

Collin Wade Herndon, 20, of Conroe was arrested at 10:00pm, January 15, and taken to jail from a location on Highway 105 East near North Walker Road, by Deputy R. Stein, for traffic warrants on failure to appear, running a stop sign and no drivers license.

 

Christina Marie Bynum, 38, of  Willis was arrested at 10:10pm, January 16, and taken to jail from a location on FM 3083, by Deputy T. Lambert, for three misdemeanor  warrants on public intoxication and failure to appear out of the Willis Police Department, a motion to revoke probation warrant out of Liberty County and during the investigation the female was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, which she was also charged with.

 

A 25 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 10:22pm, January 16, and taken to jail from a location on Highway 105 East, by Deputy S. Campos, for a possession of a controlled substance warrant and a failure to appear warrant. His 25-year-old passenger,  of Conroe was also arrested for a traffic related warrant and taken to jail.

 

Jerra Estelle Phipps, 37, of Willis was arrested at 4:25am, January 17, and taken to jail from a location on Pine Street, by Deputy J. Henson, for a traffic related warrant.

 

On January 18, Sergeant. K. Berger stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of FM 1097 West. Steven Hernandez, 31,  from Willis was arrested at 2:29am, charged with driving while intoxicated, and taken to jail.

 

Jessica Jolynn Driver, 36,  from Conroe was arrested at 5:17am, January 18, and taken to jail from a location on Royal Springs, by Deputy D. Savage, for three misdemeanor warrants. Jerry Wayne Tending, 43, of Conroe, was also arrested on scene for a capias pro fine warrant and taken to jail.

 

On January 18, Deputy T. Lambert stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation on FM 1485 near Jefferson Chemical Road. Humberto Martinez , 30, of Hardin, was found to be intoxicated. He  was arrested at 6:47am, charged with driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age in the vehicle and transported to jail.

 

On January 18, Deputy T. Lambert was sent to a location on Hilltop Drive, in reference to an assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she had been assaulted by a male. Franklin Donald Hirsekorn, 59, of Willis was arrested at 11:45pm and transported to jail for assault class C.
