District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On April 4, Deputy S. Squier was sent Royal Cavins Drive in reference to a family violence assault. Deputies had been at the residence prior to this and the female suspect had left the scene after assaulting her mother and interfering with an emergency 9-1-1 call. The female had returned to the scene and was detained. The 18 year old female from Willis was arrested at 6:30am and transported to jail.

A 22 year old male from Willis was arrested at 4:29pm, April 4, in the 13300 block of Longstreet by Deputy A. Booher for a failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County Pct. 3. The male was taken to jail.

On April 4, Deputies M. Hardin and A. Cross were dispatched to the 2700 block of N. Walker Road in reference to a disturbance. The Deputies made contact with an intoxicated female on location who had been yelling and screaming aggressively all day. The 36 year old female from Cut-N-Shoot was arrested at 4:40pm, charged with public intoxication and transported to jail.

On April 4, Deputies K. Christiansen and S. Degner were notified of a disturbance in progress in the 9400 block of FM 1484. A male suspect on location had been involved in a fight with another male. The male complainant attempted to walk away. The business supervisor showed up and the male suspect told him the fight was not over and pulled a handgun and pointed it at the male complainant. The supervisor and a witness to the incident grabbed the suspect and escorted him away until law enforcement arrived. The 41 year old male, address unknown, was arrested at 9:21pm, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and transported to jail.

On April 5, Deputies K. Christiansen and S. Degner responded to Windwood Way Drive in reference to a disturbance. On arrival the Deputies located a female suspect who had been arguing with her boyfriend. The female threw a coffee mug at him, missing him, and hitting her 2 year old daughter on the head, causing a cut. The 2 year old had to be transported to the hospital. The female suspect attempted to resist the Deputies and was detained. The 30 year old female from Willis was arrested at 2:28am, charged with injury to a child and was taken to jail.

A 47 year old female from Willis was arrested at 1:19am, April 7, in the 14900 block of Honey Hill Lane by Deputy K. Underwood for an order of arrest/felony warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the location of the wanted female. The female was taken to jail.

On April 7, Deputy J. Hodges and Sgt. P. Smith were sent to Cross Cut Lane in reference to a family violence assault. On arrival the Deputies met with an 80 year old female who advised her son had assaulted her by slapping her, pushing her into a table and onto the floor. The son had left the location but was located a short distance away. The female was transported to the hospital with possible broken bones. The 54 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 5:55pm, charged with injury to the elderly (family violence) and possession of drug paraphernalia and taken to jail.

A 35 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 4:09pm, April 8, in the 1800 block of Peach Creek Valley by Deputy A. Booher for six traffic warrants, three were out of Montgomery County Pct. 4 and three were from Conroe PD. The Deputy was investigating an assault call. The male was taken to jail.

A 27 year old male from Willis was arrested at 9:00am, April 9, in the 11800 block of Nelwood by Deputy C. Holcomb for a Montgomery County bond forfeiture warrant, original charge was for assault on a public servant. The male was on the Crime Stoppers most wanted list. The Deputy had received prior information on the male’s location. The male was taken to jail.

On April 10, Deputy K. Underwood stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 11300 block of Pat George Blvd. The male driver was found to be operating the motor vehicle under a suspended driver’s license. The 32 year old male from Lovelady was arrested at 12:09am, charged with driving with license invalid and taken to jail.

On April 10, Deputy C. Santoro was notified of a criminal trespass call on Persimmon Dr. The Deputy met with a female complainant who stated a female that had been warned earlier by other Deputies to stay away from the location had come back and entered the complainant’s home. The 33 year old female from Willis was arrested at 10:50pm, charged with criminal trespass and transported to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On April 2, 2011, Sergeant Barber, while on the scene of a major accident in the 25700 block of IH-45, observed a vehicle fail to slow or vacate the lane for the stopped emergency vehicles. Sergeant Barber initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, 29-year-old male from The Woodlands. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, glassy bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech and was swaying while standing. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 2, 2011, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to River Oaks Drive in reference to an Assault Family Violence. The complainant stated the suspect, 37 year old male from Conroe, became threatening and began swinging his fists at her when she tried to take the children and leave. The suspect was extremely intoxicated during this altercation. Deputy Fruge arrested the suspect for Assault by Threat-Family Violence and Public Intoxication. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

On April 5, 2011, Deputy Wakefield was dispatched to 25200 IH-45 in reference to an Assault Family Violence report. The complainant stated that her husband began screaming and yelling at her about needing money. When she told him that he had already taken all the money from her paycheck, he became more upset and began hitting her and throwing things around the apartment. The complainant grabbed her daughter and left the apartment before deputies arrived. A search of the suspect found the suspect to be in possession of five Xanax and four Lorocet pills. Two additional charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance were added.

Warrant Arrests:

On April 1, 2011, Sr. Sergeant Russell arrested 65-year-old male from Conroe on IH-45 at Birchwood for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear.

On April 2, 2011, Deputy Mitchell arrested a 42-year-old female from Conroe in the 16800 block of Glen Eagle Drive North for an outstanding warrant for Theft by Check.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 03/30/2011, Deputy J. Walker was patrolling the area of FM 1314 and McQueen Rd. when he observed a white male walking eastbound on FM 1314. The male was stopped, interviewed and checked through dispatch for warrants. The investigation revealed that the 47 year old male had an active warrant for a parole violation. The male was placed into custody and transported to MCSO jail.

On 04/04/2011, Deputy D. Birch was dispatched to Era Ln regarding a Family Violence call. Upon arrival Deputy Birch conducted his investigation. The investigation revealed that a 34 year old male assaulted a family member. The male was placed into custody for Assault Family Violence (Felony) and transported to MCSO jail.

On 04/05/2011, Deputy T. Smith was dispatched to Kellington Dr. regarding a warrant service. Deputy Smith and responding Deputies arrived on location and made contact with a 27 year old female. The female was checked through dispatch which revealed an active Felony warrant for Credit Card abuse. The female was placed into custody and transported to MCSO jail.

On 04/11/2011, Deputy K. Martinez was dispatched to the Valley Ranch Crossing Rd. regarding a Trespasser in progress call. Deputy Martinez arrived on location, met with the complainant and located the suspect. A 21 year old male was checked through dispatch which revealed an active Criminal Trespass warning issued on the male. The male was placed into custody for Criminal Trespass and transported to the East Montgomery County Jail and booked in.

On 04/12/2011, Deputy S. Ortiz observed a vehicle traveling near the 20000 block of Vick Dr. displaying an expired motor vehicle inspection decal. Deputy Ortiz conducted a traffic stop and interviewed the driver. During the interview, Deputy Ortiz received consent to search the subjects vehicle. The search revealed a prohibited weapon. The operator of the vehicle, 26 year old male was placed into custody for Possession of a prohibited weapon and transported to MCSO jail.

On 04/12/2011, Deputy B. Logan conducted a traffic stop near the 23000 block of Loop 494 on a vehicle with expired motor vehicle registration. Deputy Logan made contact with a male driver. Deputy Logan continued his investigation by identifying the occupants of the vehicle. It was revealed that a 34 year old female occupant provided false information during the initial interview. The female later provided correct information which revealed 4 outstanding warrants for her arrest. The female was placed into custody for Failure to I.D. (Fugitive) and booked into the MCSO jail.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On April 9th Deputy Mittag observed a male subject sitting at the entrance to a gas station on North Carroll Lane. Upon making contact with the subject he stood up and tried to walk away. The Deputy could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on the subject’s breath and person. The subject stated he had been drinking and after a search of the area where he had been sitting the Deputy located an open bottle of liquor. Deputy Mittag placed him into custody for Public Intoxication and transported him to the South County Jail.

On April 8th Deputy Provenzano while assisting another Deputy at an unrelated call for service observed a male subject walking down the roadway at Primrose and Pinebark. The subject had red glassy eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person and he was unstable on his feet. Due to subject’s intoxication and he having no other place to go for the evening the Deputy felt he was a danger to himself or others placed him into custody for Public Intoxication. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On April 7th Deputy Corley and Deputy Herman were dispatched to the intersection of Champion Oaks and Champions Ridge in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was located at Hidden Cove Drive and Champions Ridge. The Deputies made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and had Dispatch check them for warrants. One of the occupants, a 49 year old male subject came back with three active warrants through the Justice Court in New Caney. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On April 6th Deputy Suarez was dispatched to the 30200 block of Post Oak Run for a Welfare Check. Upon arrival a 48 year old male subject was sitting in his in the cab of his truck with an open can of beer. The subject had red blood shot eyes and slurred speech. When asked to step out of his vehicle the subject had problems standing up and walking towards the Deputy. Deputy Suarez placed him into custody for Public Intoxication and transported him to South County Jail for booking.

On April 5th Senior Sergeant Webb received information that a 67 year old male subject who had an outstanding warrant for Felony DWI 3rd or more out of Burleson County. The Sergeant went to the 37000 block of Pin Rose, located the subject, placed him into custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On April 5th Sergeant Gonzales while patrolling the area of FM1486 and Tisdel Road observed a male subject walking along the side of the road. Upon making contact with the subject the Sergeant could smell a strong odor of alcohol. The subject began to act agitated and he took a swing at the Sergeant, but missed and attempted to run. The Subject was charged with Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport and Evading Arrest or Detention.

On April 5th Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to Pin Rose Dr. in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival Deputy LaSalle made contact and detained a 21 year old male subject. After Deputy LaSalle conducted his investigation it was found the Disturbance was verbal, however Dispatch advised that the subject had a warrant for Motion to Revoke Probation on a Reckless Driving charge. The subject was taken into custody for the warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 4th Deputy Overbay while patrolling the subdivision of Hazy Hollow witnessed a female subject walking along the road on Little Thorn Road. Deputy Overbay circled the block and observed the same female walking in the middle of road stumbling around. The Deputy made contact with the 29 year old female subject who stated she had been drinking and was taking anti-psychotic and anti-depression and had taken some today. Due to the subject’s state of intoxication and for her own safety, Deputy Overbay placed her into custody for Public Intoxication and transported her to the jail in Conroe.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

On April 6th Deputy Garlock responded to the 18900 block of Harborside in regard to Burglary of a Vehicle. The Complainant reported that someone entered her vehicle overnight and stole several hundred dollars’ worth of electronic items. This case is under investigation by the Patrol Division.

On April 7th Deputy Jackson was dispatched to the 15900 block of Highway 105 west for a Criminal Mischief. The Complainant advised that sometime during the night, unidentified person(s) shot out the window of his business causing several hundred dollars’ damage. This case is being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division.

On April 9th Deputy Davis was dispatched to a business in the 19300 block of Highway 105 West on an Assault. It was learned that a father and son entered into a physical fight. After his investigation, Deputy Davis arrested one of the males for Assault/Family Violence “Misdemeanor A” and transported him to the Montgomery County jail.

On April 9th Deputies Fluellen and Garner responded to Pinehollow Lane on a warrant service. The subject was located, arrested on the warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On April 10th Deputy Davis responded to an establishment in the 18000 block of Highway 105 West for a disturbance. Upon his arrival, Deputy Davis investigated a Family Disturbance. During the investigation, it was learned that the female was intoxicated in a public place; therefore, she was arrested for Public Intoxication and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On April 1, 2011, dispatch aired an Attempt to Locate for a vehicle that was speeding and weaving on IH-45 almost hitting other vehicles and had exited at Woodlands Parkway. Deputy Borchardt observed the suspect vehicle exit the fly over and followed him as he drove down Woodlands Parkway. The vehicle was observed weaving between lanes and traveling at speeds up to 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. Deputy Borchardt then initiated a traffic stop. The driver, 26-year-old male from The Woodlands, had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person and his speech was slurred. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Deputy Borchardt placed the driver in custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On April 5, 2011, Deputy Prince was dispatched to 1660 Lake Woodlands in reference to an intoxicated subject in the Drive-Thru lane. Deputy Prince made contact with the driver, 39-year-old male from Tomball, who was sitting approximately 20 feet in front of the window with the vehicle in park. The suspect was holding a tall bottle of Bacardi Hurricane and the food he had just ordered. After performing poorly on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Marijuana and Xanax was found in the vehicle. The suspect was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felony Driving While Intoxicated.

On April 10, 2011, Deputy Conklin, while on foot patrol on The Woodlands Waterway, observed a male staggering in the roadway. Deputy Conklin made contact with the suspect, 35-year-old male from Spring, who was exhibiting slurred speech, red bloodshot eyes and had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. The suspect was placed into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail. Upon arrival at the jail, the suspect was found to have four pills in his possession that were identified as Hydrocodone. The suspect received an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The following Shoplifting Arrests were reported:

4/3 – Deputy Rizk arrested a 21-year-old female and 19-year-old male, both from Conroe, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects took $156.57 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The merchandise was later recovered from the suspect’s vehicle, as they had place some merchandise in the vehicle and then returned to the store and gathered more merchandise before being stopped by Loss Prevention. Both suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

4/4 – Deputy Armstrong arrested a 38-year-old female from The Woodlands, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $131.42 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

4/4 – Deputy Epperson arrested a 37-year-old female from The Woodlands, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $79.76 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. When Loss Prevention Officers attempted to stop the suspect, she briefly struggled with the officer, before dropping her bags and running. The loss prevention officer was able to give a vehicle description to dispatch, which aired an attempt to locate on the vehicle. The suspect was later apprehended during a traffic stop, by an Oak Ridge North Police officer and returned to Wal-Mart. Deputy Epperson took the suspect into custody, charged with Theft, and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

4/7 – Deputy Norum arrested a 30-year-old female from Tomball, for Shoplifting at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take $267.88 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.

4/3 – Deputy Harrison arrested a 17-year-old male from Conroe for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $51.73 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident
