District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

A 42 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:42am, November 26, and taken to jail from a residence on FM 3083 by Deputy A. Booher for a deadly conduct warrant and a felon in possession of a firearm warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call.

Deputy Z. Winford was on a suspicious vehicle call in the 8800 block of Old Creek on November 28, at 3:48am. A 19 year old male from Willis was arrested for two disorderly conduct warrants and two fail to appear warrants, all out of JP 1 Montgomery County. A second male, 23 years old, also from Willis, was arrested for a parole violation warrant out of TDCJ, a bond forfeiture warrant out of Montgomery County and he was found to be in possession of marijuana which he was also charged with. Both males were transported to jail.

On November 28, Deputies K. Berger and S. Ortiz were sent to a residence on Pipeline in reference to a house alarm. A male and female were seen running from the residence. With the assistance of an alert citizen the male was captured. The female was caught on the next street over by Deputy Ortiz. The 44 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:10pm, and charged with burglary of a habitation. The 18 year old female from Spring was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Both subjects were taken to jail.

 

WESTERMAN,STEVENFREDRICKOn November 29, Sgt. E. Ward stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Crystal Forest and Sandchester Trail. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license with a prior conviction. Steven Westerman, 46,from Conroe was arrested at 3:30am and taken to jail.

On November 29, Deputy K. Wroten stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Hwy 105 E and Crockett Martin. The male driver was found to be operating the vehicle with an invalid driver’s license with a prior conviction. The 36 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 1:57pm and transported to jail.

A 22 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 4:50am, November 30, and taken to jail from a residence on W. Semands Ave by Sgt. E. Ward for a motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.

Brian Michael Reis, 28, from Willis was arrested at 3:32pm, November 30, and taken to jail from a location in the 14300 block of Hwy 75 N by Deputy A. Cross for an unlawful restraint warrant and an assault family violence warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a warrant service.

 

BUYS,BRYANCHRISTOPHEROn December 2, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to a residence on Maxwell Street in reference to an aggravated assault. The Deputy met with a male complainant at a nearby store prior to going to the residence. The male advised he and his girlfriend went to a location on Maxwell and the people were having a party in the back yard. A lot of drinking was going on. Later the male complainant and his girlfriend went to a bedroom to sleep. A short time later a male came to the door and after pushing and shoving the door against the complainant the male suspect grabbed the complainant by the neck and struck him on the nose breaking it. The complainant was punched again until they were separated. After going outside, the male suspect again lunged at the complainant until restrained. Bryan Christopher Buys, of Willis was arrested at 5:09am and transported to jail.

Kyle Austin Wright, 19, from Conroe was arrested at 12:02pm, December 2, and taken to jail from a location on Old Hwy 105E near Weir Road by Deputy A. Cross for a possession of marijuana motion to revoke probation warrant and a fail to appear warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating an illegal dumping call.
