District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

A 38 year old male from Willis was arrested at 11:54pm, June 28, in the 10100 block of Lewis Creek by Deputy S. Degner for a solicitation of a minor warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received information on the location of the male. The male was taken to jail.
A 30 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:35pm, June 29, in the area of Hwy 105 and Carmen Blvd by Deputy A. Booher for a theft by check (failure to appear) warrant out of Montgomery County. The male was stopped on a traffic violation. The male was taken to jail.
On June 29, Deputy J. Hodges was sent to the 11500 block of Amber Park Drive in reference to a criminal trespass call. The Deputy met with two male complainants and was advised a male had come on the property, intoxicated and cursing. The male slapped the younger complainant, knocking his glasses off. The male was told to leave and upon doing so he exposed himself to the male complainants. The 50 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:36pm, charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and assault and taken to jail.
On June 30, Deputy R. Salazar was dispatched to the 13500 block of Parker Hill Road in reference to a violation of a protection order. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she had an active emergency protective order against her husband. The male had been at the residence banging on the door and then walking in. He left the location and the Deputy located him. The 45 year old male from Willis was arrested at 2:36am and taken to jail.
On June 30, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of a family violence assault call in the 13900 block of Buckskin. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her son had gotten angry when she told him she was canceling his cell phone. He pushed her against the hood of his truck. The 19 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:30pm and taken to jail for assault.
On June 30, Deputy K. Berger responded to the 16300 block of Ryan Quinn Way for a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband got into an argument and he started throwing things at her and choked her. They separated and later when she came home the argument started over again and she was choked again and threatened. The 37 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:28pm and transported to jail.
On July 2, Deputy K. Berger observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and was weaving in its lane. The vehicle was stopped in the 10000 block of FM 1484 and the male driver was found to be intoxicated. The male was detained. The male passenger was belligerent and argumentative and was also found to be intoxicated. The 37 year old male driver from Conroe was arrested at 1:41am and charged with DWI. The 29 year old male passenger from Willis was also arrested and charged with public intoxication. Both males were taken to jail.
On July 2, Deputy S. Degner was advised by a Deputy Constable about a vehicle he observed to run off the road in the area of FM 830 and Cude Cemetery Road and the driver may be impaired. Deputy Degner arrived and observed the male driver to be intoxicated. The 41 year old male from Montgomery was arrested at 11:55pm for DWI and taken to jail.
On July 3, Deputy K. Underwood was notified of a family violence assault call in the 14400 block of Brook Oaks Court. The Deputy, during the investigation, observed a female on location to push past her male roommate knocking him off the chair he was in. She said she wanted him out of the house. During the investigation it was learned that the female had been assaulted by her husband who was found hiding under the house. Alcohol was evident at the scene. The 41 year old female and 45 year old male, both from Willis, were arrested at 3:24am, charged with assault and transported to jail.
On July 4, Deputy S. Degner observed a male driver commit a traffic violation, by backing into a moving lane of traffic in the area of Hwy 105 and Tejas. The male was found to be intoxicated. The 43 year old male from Houston was arrested for DWI and transported to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On June 26, 2010, at approximately 10:30 pm, Deputy A. Swank was dispatched to a location on Red River Loop in reference to an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival, Deputy Swank met with the complainant who stated that she and her husband had an argument earlier in the evening and he threw a phone at her. He then left with a friend, only to return later in the evening after his friend was arrested for DWI. The complainant and her husband again began arguing at which point he punched her. After concluding the investigation, Deputy Swank felt the husband, Hispanic Male 31, was the aggressor in the assault, and placed him in custody for Class C Assault. The suspect was transported to the South Montgomery County Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a location on Waltham, in Spring, at approximately 6 AM on June 27, 2010, in reference to an Aggravated Assault. Upon arrival, Deputy Cranston and Deputy Jones met with Corporal Barber, Deputy Swank and Deputy Martin, who already had the suspect, White Male 22 yrs old in custody. The suspect got into an argument with the complainant after the complainant woke up to find the suspect going through his medication. After a brief altercation, the suspect went into his bedroom and retrieved a handgun and returned to the living room where he fired a shot at the complainant. The District Attorney’s Office was contacted and charges were accepted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The suspect was transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On June 27, 2010 at approximately 2:30 am, Sergeant Herring conducted at traffic stop on I-45 North just south of FM 1488. Sergeant Herring approached the driver side of the vehicle and stood by the door for a few moments before the driver, White Female 23 yrs old from Conroe, even noticed he was standing there. When she opened the door to the vehicle, a strong odor of alcohol emitted from the vehicle. The driver had slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and was unsteady while standing. After unsuccessfully completing the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, she was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe. Charges were accepted for Driving While Intoxicated
On June 29, 2010 at approximately 6:30 pm, White Male 43 yrs old from Spring was arrested and charged with Possession and Use of an Abusable Volatile Chemical. Corporal Mullis responded to a Welfare Check for an individual seen slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle at 1025 Sawdust Road. The suspect was noticeably under the influence of something as he had dilated pupils, poor balance, was lethargic and slow answering simple questions. Several cans of computer air duster were found on the floor of the vehicle. During the course of the investigation, the suspect admitted he has a problem with “huffing.” He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 6/30/10 Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to the 19000 block of Timberland Blvd. in reference to a Family Violence call. Upon his arrival he met with the victim and learned that she had been in a physical altercation with her mother which ended with the mother choking the victim. The suspect, a 39 year old female was arrested and charged with Assault (strangulation) Family Violence, a second degree felony.
On 7/3/10 Deputy Lawless was dispatched to the 9400 block of Fosters Bend in reference to a family violence call. Upon his arrival one of the parties in the disturbance stated the other party had been growing marijuana. The suspect had taken the plants, uprooted them and thrown them into the woods before the arrival of officers. Two large marijuana plants were found. The suspect, a 31 year old male was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana.
On 7/4/10 Deputy Lawless was dispatched to the 14000 block of Leafy Ln. in reference to a call about an intoxicated female. Upon his arrival he was able to locate the female and was advised that several of her friends kept her from driving away in her vehicle. Due to the 30 year old female’s intoxication level and for her safety and the safety of the public she was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
On 7/5/10 Deputy Jackson was dispatched to the 22000 block of Russell Dr. in reference to an Assault call. Upon his arrival he was met by the victim and advised that the victim’s stepfather had assaulted him by punching him in the lip causing a physical injury. The suspect, a 47 year old male was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence.
On 7/7/10 Deputy Durrenberger responded to the 16000 block of Sun View Ln. and took a report for Burglary of a Habitation. Two suspects were observed by a witness leaving the scene of the Burglary with stolen items. Later in the morning the same witness observed one of the suspects leaving a nearby home. The witness called the police and the two suspects left the home in a vehicle before the arrival of officers. Shenandoah Police assisted with conducting a stop of this vehicle on S.H. 242. Lt. Conn and Sergeant Altemus responded to the scene and took both suspects into custody. The suspects, 18 and 16 years of age were both charged with Burglary of a Habitation.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On July 3rd Deputy Hollan and Deputy Herman responded to a dispatch call in the Oak Hills Acres subdivision in reference to an Assault (Family Violence) in Progress. Upon arrival the Deputies met with the Complainant and a witness who advised that the 21 year old female subject had pushed the Complainant. While on scene and taking a statement from the Complainant the subject began pushing the Complainant in view of the Deputies. The subject was taken into custody and charged with Assault by Contact-Family Violence.

On July 1st Sgt Webb went the 16300 Block of Evergreen Timber in reference to an outstanding warrant on a 23 year old white male. As the sergeant approached the address she observed two white males in the driveway. The sergeant observed the wanted subject on a cell phone in the driveway. Sgt Webb took the subject into custody without incident. The Warrant was confirmed through dispatch for Possession of Marijuana out of the 435 District Court. The subject was transported to the South County Jail.

On June 29th Deputy LaSalle responded to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to a Family Violence. Deputy LaSalle determined that two subjects had gotten into a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation in which the male subject had physically harmed the female. The male subject was arrested and charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

On June 27th Deputy Hahs was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to a Family Violence. Upon arrival Deputy Hahs met with the Complainant who advised that she had gotten into a verbal argument with boyfriend. The male subject pushed her into the refrigerator causing her to hit the back of head and black out. The subject had left her residence and went to his brother’s house where Deputy Hahs later located and arrested him for Assault Family Violence.

On June 27th Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to the Galleria Oaks Estates subdivision in reference to an Interference with Emergency Phone Call. Upon arrival Deputy LaSalle met with the Complainant who advised she had been arguing with her teenage son who had her cell phone and would not return it. She had locked herself in the bedroom and used the house phone to call the police. Her son then tore the phone cord out of the wall. The subject was arrested and charged with interference with an emergency phone call.

District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)

On 07/02/10 Deputy Jackson responded to the 12800 block of SH 105 W in regards to a Disturbance. Investigation revealed where two adult females had been involved in a verbal altercation. Upon checking wanted status on these individuals it was determined that one of the females had an outstanding warrant for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense. This female was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On 07/03/10 Deputy Farmer conducted a Traffic Stop in the 100 block of Arapaho. Upon making contact with the female driver Deputy Farmer detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. After conducting a voluntary consent to search a small container containing marijuana was discovered. The driver was also found to have an outstanding warrant for Criminal Mischief through Parmer County Texas. The driver was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and the outstanding warrant and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On 07/03/10 Deputy Durbin conducted a Traffic Stop in the 16000 block of SH 105 W. Upon making contact with the male driver indications of being intoxicated were observed. After performing poorly on several standard field sobriety test the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd Offense, Felony 3 and placed into the Montgomery County Jail on $3000 bond.
On 07/04/10 Cpl. Peckne responded to the 12500 block of Melville Dr in regards to a Suspicious Person. Upon arrival to the area Cpl. Peckne located the female individual in question and upon attempting contact the female fled on foot. After a foot pursuit the female was caught and detained after a brief struggle. Further investigation revealed that the female had just burglarized several unlocked vehicles in the area and had the stolen property in her possession. The recovered property was valued in excess of $800. The female was arrested for Burglary of a Vehicle and Resisting Arrest and was placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On 07/04/10 Deputy Farmer responded to Cheyenne Street for the report of an Assault. Investigation revealed that a husband and wife had been involved in an argument that resulted in a physical altercation where the wife was assaulted. The husband, being highly intoxicated, was arrested for Assault Family Violence and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On June 25, 2010 at approximately 1:30 am, Corporal Ford initiated a traffic stop. During the course of the investigation, Deputy Ortiz located .06 oz. of marijuana in the vehicle. The suspect, White Male 17 yrs old from the Woodlands, stated the marijuana belonged to him. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On 07/04/2010 at approximately 2248 hours, Dep. M. Uber was patrolling the area of Winterberry Place at S. Millbend behind the Grogan’s Mill Village Shopping Center. Dep. Uber observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the Woodlands Township Parking Lot. As he turned back where he could observe the back of the shopping center he observed a fire ignite. Upon further inspection, he found a large dumpster appeared to have been intentionally set on fire. Dep. Uber alerted the Fire Department. Deputies Uber and Underwood located evidence that the fire had been intentionally ignited. Deputies identified a suspect who was arrested and charged with arson.
On June 29, 2010, Deputy Jones and Deputy Cranston were dispatched to a Theft in Progress at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The complainant stated that when he was putting his child in the vehicle, the suspect took a camera bag from the stroller. The complainant followed the suspect asking for his camera back. The suspect pretended not to speak English, but when the complainant called 911, the suspect gave back the camera and left the area in a vehicle at a high rate of speed. The complainant gave deputies the license plate and vehicle description, as well as, a description of the suspect. The suspect was located inside the mall by Lt. Fitzgerald. The suspect, Hispanic Male 31 yrs old from Houston, was identified by the complainant. During the course of the investigation, several items were located that the suspects stated were stolen from Dillards in Killeen, TX. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive:
6/24 – 2 White Females 16 yrs old and both from The Woodlands – The recovered merchandise (15 items) was valued at $120.00. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
6/26 – Black Male 16 yrs old from Conroe – The recovered merchandise (4 items) was valued at $204.00. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
6/28 – White Female 16 yrs old from Humble – The recovered merchandise (9 items) was valued at $166.00. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident. She also received a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
6/30 – White Female 20 yrs old from Spring – The recovered merchandise (5 items) was valued at $142.95. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
6/30 – White Female 21 yrs old from Spring – – The recovered merchandise (4 items) was valued at $79.96. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
The following Shoplifting arrest(s) were made at 3040 College Park Drive:
6/24 – Black Male 19 yrs old from Houston – The recovered merchandise (13 items) was valued at $1,177.00. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
