District 1 – Lt. Kevin Ray (North County)

On 08/1/2016, Deputy Parsons was dispatched to the 17200 block of Peach Creeks, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputy Parsons observed a male knocking on a window of the residence. The same male was also showing indicators of intoxication. After speaking with the male complainant, he told him his son was intoxicated, he had attempted to give him food, and when he did the son assaulted him. The son was arrested for public intoxication, assault, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 8/2/2016, Deputy Collignon was dispatched to the 11900 block of County Line Road, for a disturbance call. Upon arrival, Deputy Collignon met with the male complainant who told him his fiancé had hit him in the head with a flashlight causing a laceration on his ears. The female was arrested for assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 8/2/2016, Deputy E. Martin was dispatched to the 3900 block of Sam Houston Road, in Willis, on a disturbance call. Upon arrival, Deputy E. Martin made contact with a female suspect who was showing signs of intoxication. The female was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 8/4/2016, Deputy Senn was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 13300 block of Virginia, in Willis. While on scene, Deputy Senn made contact with a male who was found to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the male arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 8/04/2016, Deputy Taylor responded to a welfare concern in the 5200 block of Trenton Lane, in Conroe. Deputy Taylor made contact with the female complainant who told him her husband had struck her in the face and then screwed the front door shut so she could not leave. After making entry into the home, Deputy Taylor found methamphetamine on the floor and numerous other doors in the home screwed shut. The male was arrested for possession of a controlled

substance, unlawful restraint, and assault. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 8/4/2016, Deputy Soroko responded to a disturbance call in the 14500 block of Willingham Lane, in Conroe. Deputy Soroko met with the female victim who told her she and her boyfriend had been arguing when he grab her wrist and took her phone. He reportedly threw the phone and broke it. The male was arrested for criminal mischief and assault by contact. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 8/6/2016, while on routine patrol, Deputy Winford conducted a vehicle stop. Deputy Winford identified the male driver who was found to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the male was arrested, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 8/7/2016, Deputy Parsons responded to a disturbance call in the 18400 block of Thomas, in Conroe. The caller reported seeing a vehicle stop on the side of the road, a male get out of the vehicle and the male attempt to pull the female driver out of the vehicle. Deputy Parsons located the vehicle and found the male standing outside the vehicle on the passenger side. The male was place in front of Deputy Parsons’ vehicle and as Deputy Parsons attempted to remove a knife from the male’s pocket, the male pushed off the vehicle and began to run. After a short chase, the male was apprehended and found to have marijuana in his possession. The male was arrested for evading arrest, assault, possession marijuana and three active warrants.

On 8/7/2016, Deputy Parsons was dispatched to the 11300 block of FM 1097, in Willis, for a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputy Parsons found a male sleeping on the shoulder of the bridge. The male demonstrated indicators of intoxication and did not know how he got there. The male was arrested for public intoxication and transported to Montgomery County Jail.

 

 

District 2 – Lt. Jim Fleming (South County)

A 25 year old female from Plantersville was arrested at 10:13am, August 1, and taken to jail from a location in the 1600 block of Fish Creek Thoroughfare, by Deputy W. Mayes, for a capias pro fine warrant.

On August 2, Deputy W. Sharman did a welfare concern on a female in the 24600 block of Interstate 45 North. The female was seen unloading items from a truck and then reloading the same items back into the truck. Upon checking the female, it was noted that she was intoxicated on an unknown substance. The investigation led to the female being found to be in possession of a large amount of crystal methamphetamine and also in possession of fraudulent identifying information, namely two driver licenses that were not in her name as well as a credit card that was not hers. The 53 year old female from Livingston was arrested at 4:37am and taken to jail.

On August 2, Deputy J. Solomon was sent to the 1000 block of Sawdust Road, in reference to a welfare concern involving an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 27 year old male from The Woodlands was arrested at 5:37am and taken to jail.

On August 2, Sergeant. J. Russell observed a suspicious vehicle in the 2400 block of Rayford Road. Two males were on scene. During the investigation, the males were found to be in possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. One male, 35 years old, from Spring, was arrested at 11:34pm, and charged with possession of marijuana. The second male, 39 years old, from Magnolia, was arrested, and charged with possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. Both male subjects were transported to jail.

On August 4, Deputy R. Leverston responded to the 33100 block of Forest West Street, in reference to an assault. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument that led to a physical confrontation with the male assaulting her. The 35 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 1:26am, charged with assault and possession of a controlled substance, and placed in jail.

On August 5, Deputy C. Cooke stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 1600 block of Sawdust Road. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 25 year old male from Spring was arrested at 3:00am, charged with driving while intoxicated and harassment of a public servant, and taken to jail.

A 28 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 9:00pm, August 5, and taken to jail from a location on Research Forest, by Deputy M. Berry, for two traffic related warrants.

On August 6, Deputy R. McClintock was sent to the 24700 block of Interstate 45 North, in reference to an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 20 year old male from Houston was arrested at 4:47am, charged with public intoxication, and taken to jail.

A 32 year old female from Bryan was arrested at 7:15pm, August 6, and taken to jail from a location on Cimmaron Way, by Deputy M. Berry, for a traffic related warrant.

On August 7, Deputy R. McClintock was notified of an intoxicated male in the 7900 block of FM 1488. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 36 year old male from Magnolia was arrested at 5:03am, charged with public intoxication, and transported to jail.

On August 7, Deputy J. Logan was sent to the 1900 block of Honea Egypt in reference to an intoxicated male. The Deputy located the male and detained him. The 45 year old male from Tomball was arrested at 6:48pm, charged with public intoxication, and taken to jail.

A 49 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:03pm, August 7, and taken to jail from a location on State Highway 242, by Deputy R. McClintock, for a capias pro fine warrant.

 

 

District 3 – Lt. Joe Senn (East County)

On August 1, Deputy Beauchamp was dispatched to the 17300 block of Oak Grove Lane, for a disturbance call. Upon arrival, it was learned a 29 year old male had been bitten by a dog while riding a bicycle and believed the people at the location owned the dog. The male then threatened

everyone on location with a machete stating he was going to kill everyone. The male fled when someone called for assistance. The male was later located and arrested for terroristic threat.

On August 3, Deputy Cooke was on patrol in the area of East Martin Drive when he observed a suspicious vehicle. Deputy Cooke checked on the 30 year old male driver when he stopped at a local convenience store. Later, a search of the car was made and several documents were located with other people’s identifying information. The male was placed in custody for fraudulent possession of the identifying information and was transported to jail.

On August 5, Deputy Cantu Jr. was dispatched to a welfare concern in the 14000 block of Calhoun Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Cantu Jr. found a 44 year old man had threatened his girlfriend by placing a knife to her throat and shoving her by her face during an argument over money. The male was arrested, charged with aggravated assault, and taken to jail.

On August 7, Deputy Bird was dispatched to the 24100 block of Creekwood, for an assault call. Upon arrival, a female advised her 21 year old boyfriend lost his cool during an argument and shoved her forcibly causing her to fall backward and injure herself. The female was found to be bleeding from her elbow. The 21 year old male was arrested for assault and transported to jail.

On August 7, Deputy Currington was dispatched to the 19900 block of FM 1314, to assist a Polk County Deputy Constable and a Patton Village Officer who had a vehicle flee from them after being stopped for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The 59 year old driver was chased approximately two miles and was boxed in by the officers, thereby terminating the chase. After an investigation, the male was arrested and taken for a blood draw a local hospital. The male was charged with driving while intoxicated and evading in a motor vehicle.

Three other people were arrested for outstanding warrants.

 

 

District 4 – Lt. Allison Amundson (West County)

On August 8th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to Scotty and Arlene Street, in reference to a welfare check. A female had been screaming and walking in the street. While searching for the female, the Deputy made contact with a 36 year old female who was shown to have two outstanding traffic warrants. The warrants were confirmed and the female taken into custody.

On August 7th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to a welfare check at FM 1488 and Mostyn. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 45 year old male who was determined to have a warrant for failure to appear. The male was taken into custody, at which time 0.7 grams of methamphetamine was found in his possessions. A felony charge of possession of controlled substance was added to his arrest record.

On August 7th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 31000 block of Spring Lane, in Pinehurst. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with the two males living at the residence. They had gotten into a fight where one had threatened the other with a knife and had choked

him. The victim had cuts on his shoulder and lower jaw. The 49 year old male was taken into custody for assault causing bodily injury.

On August 7th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 38000 block of FM 1774, in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with the complainant who wanted a criminal trespass warning issued to a female on location. The 37 year old female was shown to have a warrant for failure to appear and was taken into custody.

On August 6th, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to Hall Drive North, in reference to trespasser in progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy met with the residents of the property who advised they had observed a male walking around the front yard of their residence. The homeowner approached the male with a shotgun at which time the male gave up and laid down on the grown where he still was when the Deputy arrived. The 24 year old male had methamphetamine on his person and was taken into custody for felony possession of a controlled substance.

On August 3rd, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 29000 block of St James Place, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 46 year old female on scene. Dispatch advised the female had a warrant out of Harris County for driving while intoxicated. The warrant was confirmed and the female taken into custody.

On August 2nd, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 32000 block of Dobbin Huffsmith, in reference to a violation of a protective order. Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with a 35 year old male on scene and was advised by Dispatch the male had two local traffic warrants and a one warrant through Pardons and Parole. The warrants were confirmed and the male taken into custody.

On August 1st, a District 4 Patrol Deputy was dispatched to the 29000 block of Connecticut Avenue, in reference to a 26 year old male sleeping on the reportee’s porch. The reportee did not know the male. The Deputy woke the male up who had blood shot watery eyes, slurred speech, dilated pupils and smelled of alcohol. The male did not know where he was at and advised he had drank “an American amount” of alcohol. The male was taken into custody for public intoxication.

On August 1st, a District 4 Patrol Deputy responded to a call at FM 149 and FM 1488, in reference to a female walking in a moving lane of traffic. The Deputy located the female who was confused and high on some sort of stimulant. She did not know where she was going or where she had come from. The 35 year old female was taken into custody for public intoxication.

 

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

On July 25, 2016, Deputy Ford stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at Loop 336 and FM 2854. The male driver was arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant.

On July 29, 2016, Deputy Toliver responded to the Highway 105 and Marina Drive to assist the Conroe Police Department with a disturbance in progress. A male was arrested for public intoxication.

On July 31, 2016, Deputy Ford stopped a vehicle at Highway 105 and April Sound Blvd. The male driver was arrested for a theft by check warrant.

On August 01, 2016, Deputy Toliver responded to the 16700 Block of Meadowcroft, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon his arrival, a male was arrested for public intoxication.

On August 01, 2016, Deputy Strong responded to the 16700 Block of Meadowcroft, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon her arrival, a male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

On August 04, 2016, Deputy Ford stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 16100 Block of Rabon Chapel and arrested the driver for an outstanding warrant for possessing drug paraphernalia.

 

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On August 3, Deputy Walters observed a suspicious vehicle while patrolling the area around Switchbud Court. Upon identifying the occupants, a 28 year old male was found to have multiple outstanding warrants through Fort Bend County and the state of Kansas. The warrants were confirmed, the suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 3, Deputy Janke responded to a disturbance in progress call on Greenbud Court. Upon arrival, Deputy Janke observed the suspect, a 30 year old male, exiting the home with a knife in his hand. The suspect dropped the knife when asked and was taken into custody. The suspect was also found to have 3 bags containing marijuana in his pockets. The suspect was charged with possession of marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 4, Deputy Lackey responded to a possible intoxicated person on Cedarwing Lane. Upon arrival, Deputy Lackey made contact with the suspect, a 27 year old male, who had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person. After exhausting all means to get a sober ride home, the suspect was placed into custody for public intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 4, Deputy Fleming was dispatched to Woodlands Parkway and Six Pines Drive, in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Deputy Fleming met with witnesses who stated the suspect was unresponsive behind the wheel after the accident. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and person when speaking with

Deputy Fleming. After an investigation, the 43 year old male suspect was charged with driving while intoxicated and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 5, Deputy Pierce was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a shoplifter in custody. The suspect, a 41 year old male, attempted to take $1,980.67 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was charged with theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 6, Deputy Hons observed a person soliciting from the side of College Park Drive and Interstate 45. Upon making contact with the suspect, a 44 year old male, Deputy Hons confirmed his identity through dispatch and found the suspect to have an outstanding warrant.

The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
