District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
On October 18, Deputy A. Cross was sent to the 14000 block of Eden Lane in reference to a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a very belligerent female who was detained. The Deputy met with a male complainant, husband of the female, who related he and his wife had gotten into a verbal argument. He walked out of the residence to his mother’s house and his wife came in and slapped him. She then punched him on the face. He attempted to get away from her when she hit him on the back with a vacuum cleaner. The 23 year old female from Willis was arrested at 3:52pm and taken to jail for assault.
A 49 year old female from Montgomery was arrested at 11:38am, October 20, in the 13700 block of East FM 1097 by Deputy A. Terrell for an order of arrest warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy received information on the location of the female. The female was taken to jail.
A 29 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 11:47am, October 20, in the 10600 block of Redbud Drive by Deputy J. Kader for a driving with license invalid failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had been on a report call. The female was taken to jail.
A 24 year old male from Willis was arrested at 6:35pm, October 20, in the area of MLK Park on MLK Blvd by Deputy S. Degner for a possession of marijuana warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The male was taken to jail.
On October 20, Deputy K. Underwood responded to the 12400 block of Rocky Road in reference to a burglary of a building call with the suspect on location. The male suspect was located inside the building being held there by a security guard. The male claimed to be a former employee. The owner’s son came to the location and after checking around advised several items had been moved around inside the building and that two welding leads had been taken from the back of the property. The male had stolen items in his pockets. The 20 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:23pm, charged with burglary of a building and transported to jail.
A 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 4:06pm, October 21, in the 10300 block of Waukegan Road by Sgt. P. Smith for three traffic warrants out of Montgomery County JP 4. The male had been stopped on a traffic violation. The male was taken to jail.
On October 21, Deputy K. Underwood was dispatched to the 13400 block of Bert Brown Road in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised she and her husband had been arguing over family matters when he got on top of her and would not let her go. He held her down by straddling her legs and holding her arms while also screaming at her. She yelled many times for him to get off of her and let her go but he refused. The female’s 19 year old son came in the room and knocked him off of her. The 40 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 11:44pm, charged with unlawful restraint and taken to jail.
A 25 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:16am, October 22, in the 9600 block of Live Oak Trail by Deputy S. Squier for a manufacture/delivery controlled substance warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received prior information on the location of the female. The female was taken to jail.
A 24 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:11pm, October 22, in the 11800 block of Megan by Deputy A. Booher for a precept to serve warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy had received prior information on the male’s location. The male was taken to jail.
A 40 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:26am, October 23, in the 16400 block of North Emerson Circle by Deputy K. Berger for a DWI motion to revoke probation warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The male was taken to jail.
On October 23, Deputy K. Underwood was notified that a Deputy Constable had detained a female in the 500 block of River Plantation Drive. The Deputy was advised the female had been seen walking across the lawn behind some bushes. When stopped the female dropped a bag she was holding by the bushes. The MCSO Deputy proceeded with the investigation and discovered items in the bag had been taken from a vehicle located in the 500 block of Hampton Road. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and came to the scene to identify the items. The Deputy also found out other items had been reported missing from the other vehicle located at the same Hampton Road address; however, this was not confirmed. The 18 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 1:24am, charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and taken to jail. Later, after confirming the other items as stolen from the other vehicle, the female was additionally charged with another burglary of a motor vehicle.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On October 17, 2010, Deputy Maldonado and Deputy Swank conducted a traffic stop at Brookhaven and Rayford Forest. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, 27-year-old Male from Spring, was found to be in possession of marijuana. When Deputy Swank made contact with the passenger, 22-year-old Female from Spring, she attempted to conceal a bag containing five Hydrocodone pills. Deputy Maldonado and Deputy Swank contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Possession of Marijuana for the driver, and Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Passenger. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On October 17, 2010, Deputy Kimpton responded to a report of an Assault/Family Violence call on FM 1488. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect, 25-year-old Male from Magnolia, had punched him and dragged him across the ground. Deputy Kimpton, determined the suspect was the aggressor in the altercation and to prevent further violence, took him into custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, charging him with Assault Family Violence.
On October 23, 2010, Sergeant Barber was dispatched to the area of 200 Sawdust Road. The reportee had called dispatch regarding a possibly intoxicated driver traveling East on Sawdust Road. Sergeant Barber located the suspect vehicle and observed it swerving between lanes prior to pulling into a gas station parking lot. Upon checking the driver’s identity, it was found that he had two outstanding warrants and the driver was taken into custody. Sergeant Barber then made contact with the passenger, 19-year-old Female from New Caney. The passenger was found to be in possession of Xanax pills. She was chargeded with Possession of a Controlled Substance. When the suspects arrived at the jail, the driver was found to have Xanax pills in his shoe. He was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 10/22/10 Deputy T. Smith was dispatched to the 26000 block of FM 1485 in reference to an attempted suicide call. Upon arrival he met with the suspect who had threatened suicide. The subject was ran through dispatch and found to have an active warrant for Evading Arrest. The suspect, a 23 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with the warrant.
On 10/24/10 Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to a possible intoxicated driver call on SH 242. A traffic stop was conducted in the 23000 block of SH 242. The driver was found to be under the influence of medication. The driver was then arrested and several pills of Xanax and Oxycontin were found for which she did not have a prescription. The driver, a 61 year old female from Conroe was arrested and charged with DWI and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
On 10/27/10 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to the 12000 block of Simmons Dr. in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle call. Upon his arrival he met with the complainant who stated he observed the suspect, whom he knows through mutual friends, enter his vehicle and steal his cd/dvd player out of this truck. The Deputy then went to the suspect’s residence and made contact with him. Another witness had observed the suspect put the stolen property underneath a nearby trash can. The Deputy located the stolen property and the suspect confessed to the crime. The suspect, a 23 year old male from Splendora was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
On 10/27/10 Deputy White was dispatched to the Porter Walmart in reference to a shoplifter call. Upon arrival he met with loss prevention and learned that the suspect had concealed four pairs of jeans totaling $68 in a grocery bag and exited the store without paying for the merchandise. The suspect, a 54 year old male from New Caney was arrested and charged with Theft.
On 10/28/10 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to the area of SH 242 @ Sunview Ln. in reference to an intoxicated female knocking on doors in the neighborhood. The Deputy arrived on scene and found the female sitting on the side of the road. The Deputy determined the female was under the influence of an unknown substance. The suspect, a 34 year old female from Whinney, Texas was arrested for Public Intoxication.
On 10/28/10 Deputy T. Smith was dispatched to the 17000 block of Bent Pine in reference to a family violence call. Upon his arrival he met with the complainant and learned that the suspect had confronted two individuals on scene and threatened one and assaulted a female by grabbing her wrist. The suspect, a 44 year old male from Conroe was arrested and charged with Assault by Contact and assault by Threat.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On October 24th a Deputy was in Still Water Estates when he saw a male subject walking slowly on the side of the road. He pulled his patrol car up to the subject and heard a metallic sound hitting the street. When he shined his light at the subject’s feet he observed a large knife with knuckle slots on the handle. Deputy Provenzano met with the 14 year old male. The subject was placed into custody for a Prohibited Weapon and taken to the Juvenile Center in Conroe and released to the staff there.
On October 24th Sergeant Bybee was traveling West on Dobbin Huffsmith when he observed what he believed to be suspicious activity. A moving truck traveling south bound on FM 149 with the driver moving from side to side in an attempt to watch the Deputy in his rear view mirror. Sergeant Bybee conducted a traffic stop. Dispatch advised the male driver had three outstanding warrants out for his arrest. After securing the male subject, Sergeant Bybee asked the female passenger to exit the vehicle at which time he observed plastic baggie under her seat with marijuana in it. The driver was taken into custody for three outstanding warrants and Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 24th Sergeant Hernandez was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash located at 415 Clepperwood Drive. While en route, dispatch advised that several occupants of the vehicle had left the scene and were heading north on Branchwood Drive. Deputy Herman located the two occupants, a female and male subject just north of the crash scene on Branchwood Drive. Both parties admitted to being in the vehicle at the time of the crash, but stated they were not driving. Neither party could advise who the driver was. Both parties were taken into custody.
On October 21st Deputy Overbay and Deputy Birch made contact with a 27 year old male subject in the 30500 Block of Maurice known to have a warrant out of Montgomery County for Felony Driving While Intoxicated (3rd). The warrant was confirmed and the subject taken into custody. The subject was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 20th Sergeant Hernandez and Deputy Mittag were dispatched to the 27006 block of Hufsmith-Conroe Road in reference to a Welfare Check. Upon arrival the Deputies observed a Silver Volvo parked in the moving lane of traffic on a public roadway. The 29 year old male driver was passed out behind the wheel of the vehicle. Upon contact with the driver the Deputies could smell a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and the subject had blood shot eyes and was unsteady on his feet. The male subject did not know where he was. The subject was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 20th Deputy Kerr was dispatched to the Great Spaces Storage in that 28000 Block of FM 2978 in reference to a Burglary of Building report. Deputy Kerr met with the Complainant who advised he had been contacted by a customer who told him that the gate and several storage units had been damaged and possibly broke into. When the Complainant arrived he observed the front gate open and the drive chain cut, he also noticed that nine storage units had been force opened. This case is open and being investigated by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
On October 17th Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Theft call in the 30000 Block of Ling Road. Upon arrival the Deputy met with the Complainant who advised that sometime between 5:00 pm on October 16th and 7:00 am on October 17th several items were stolen from two metal buildings on his property. The items included two Polaris 4-Wheelers, both Sportsman models valued at $15,000. Also taken were two Stihl gas weedeaters, two Stihl gas blowers and one Tora self propelled push mower. This case has been referred to Auto Theft and Detectives for investigation.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On October 19th Deputy Coward responded to the 3300 block of Lake Island in regards to a Suspicious Person. Investigation revealed that a juvenile male individual had been observed by a witness peering through the window of a neighbor’s residence. The juvenile was cited for Disorderly Conduct, Class C Misdemeanor and released to his parents after being informed of the details of the incident.
On October 19th Deputy Garner conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle for speeding over limit in the 16100 block of SH 105 W. Investigation revealed that the male driver’s license was currently suspended. The driver was arrested for Driving While License Invalid, Class B Misdemeanor and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 21st Deputy’s Fluellen and Jackson responded to the 2300 block of Shadow Lane in regards to a Disturbance in Progress. Officers determined that a male and female, both family members, had been involved in a verbal altercation. During the investigation it was learned that the male subject had two outstanding warrants. This subject was arrested for both warrants, Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence) (Enhanced) Felony 3, Terroristic Threat (Family Violence) Class A Misdemeanor and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 24th Deputy Davis responded to the 19900 block of SH 105 W in regards to a Suspicious Vehicle with a driver that may be intoxicated. Upon arrival Deputy Davis observed the reported vehicle driving away from the area. Upon attempting to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, the vehicle refused to pull over and attempted to flee for approximately three miles before coming to a stop in the 13100 block of Walden Rd.
The female driver was arrested for Evading (Motor Vehicle) Felony 3, Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or More Convictions) Felony 3 and placed into the Montgomery County Jail. There were no injuries or damage to persons or property during this incident.
On October 24th Deputy Rex conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle for speeding over limit in the 16500 block of SH 105 W. Upon making contact with the female driver it was suspicioned that she may be impaired by alcohol. During the investigation the driver performed several standard field sobriety tests and afterwards was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Class B Misdemeanor and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On October 18, 2010, Deputy Veith observed a grey vehicle parked in a handicap parking space, with the doors open and music playing very loud. Upon approaching the vehicle, Deputy Veith noticed a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the passenger side of the vehicle. The passenger, 30-year-old Male from The Woodlands, stated his identification was inside the apartment of a friend he was visiting. The driver, 29-year-old Female from Houston, then exited the vehicle and provided her identification. During the course of his interview, it became necessary for Deputy Veith to contact Deputy Everton to assist, with his K-9 partner Ranger. After Ranger alerted to narcotics in the vehicle, one marijuana cigarette, and loose marijuana on the passenger floor were found. When asked whom the marijuana belonged to, the passenger stated it was his. At that time, Deputy Veith took the passenger into custody for Possession of Marijuana and he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On October 20, 2010, Deputy Borchardt was traveling northbound in the 9100 block of Six Pines Drive, when he noticed a vehicle in the turning gap in the median with its emergency flashers on. The vehicle had its tailgate open and the driver was walking around the vehicle. The driver stated that he had hit the curb a distance back and had a flat tire, and after changing it, he realized he had lost his keys. As Deputy Borchardt noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. While helping to look for the keys, Deputy Borchardt also noticed that there were several pills on the passenger seat. The pills were identified as a generic form of Soma. The driver, 32-year-old Male from Spring, did not have a prescription for the pills. When asked for identification, he stated he did not have any and began speaking incoherently. Deputy Borchardt contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges for Driving While Intoxicated (2nd), Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving with a Suspended License were accepted. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

10/16 – Deputy Niquette arrested an 18 year old Female from Spring at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $54.00 worth of merchandise from Urban Outfitters. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
10/17 – Deputy Harrison arrested a 43 year old Female from Tomball at 10001 Woodlands Parkway for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $90.64 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
10/18 – Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 24 year old Female from Humble at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $186.00 worth of Merchandise from Urban Outfitters. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
10/13 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 19 year old Female from Colleyville and 19 year old Female from Conroe at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspects attempted to take approximately $277.91 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
