After detaining William the item he dropped was picked up and was found to have 32.7 grams of methamphetamine inside of it. William was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, a first-degree felony, and taken to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked in.
Constable Chris Jones comments: “The Precinct 5 Constable’s Department will continue its proactive patrols at all hours of the day. Our goal is to keep the streets safe from the illegal narcotics that are being brought in from out of our County. We will not make it easy for these criminals to have access to any illegal drugs in Montgomery County.”
