On Saturday, March 26, 2016 at approximately 2:20 am, deputies responded to a shooting call in the 1700 block of Erwin Rd. Upon arriving, deputies located in a grassy area along the road side an unidentified Hispanic male in his late 30’s deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. Deputies spoke with several witnesses who reported hearing gunshots prior to finding the victim.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit is currently conducting an investigation into the death of the victim. The investigation is on-going and no motive or suspect information has been determined at this time.
