And now Mcglinchey can just turn around and bond out of jail! Until he goes to trial and is convicted he is a free man! The family of Edwin Garcia who was murdered in Huntsville early this month, is accepting names for a petition from those who are disgusted that State laws allow murderers to bond out of jail, before their victims are even buried! Text them at 936-662-4540 with your info if you are fed up with violent criminals being able to bond out of jail!! Time for these State laws to tighten up a bit and keep these criminals in jail!! Write your state legislators!
