James David Clarke Jr. who murdered his girlfriend, Amber Chantel Elkins, of Humble a little over two weeks ago and dumped her body next to Gene Campbell Road in East Montgomery County has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail Friday night on a charge of Murder. The warrant was issued through the 435th District Court.
The Montgomery County Jail also shows a $250,000 bond and his original Harris County Charge. Sources in Harris County say Montgomery County will most likely pick up the charges.
