Friday nights no refusal has once again made the roads of Montgomery County safer. On Friday night 10 were arrested for DWI, 5 of those were repeat offenders and a search warrant was required to draw blood from one driver.
Drivers are fast learning that if you get stopped for DWI and refuse to blow a search warrant can be issued by a judge to draw your blood and send it to a lab for analysis. Friday night the refusal rate was down to 25%.
During the weekends others decided to get out and drive while impaired also and were taken into custody.
Louis Alberto Aguilar-Martinez, age 39 of 104 Norene in Conroe was arrested Sunday for DWI and is now in the Montgomery County Jail with an immigration hold put on him,
Esli Infante Gomez, age 29 of 401 Kathy in Conroe was arrested Sunday by Conroe Police on DWI and given a $600 bond.
Scott Anthony Guysi, age 57 of 86 North Star Ridge in Spring was arrested for DWI 3rd or more by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. His bond was set at $7500.
Jesus Alberto Ontiveros-Alvarez, age 40 of 5313 Gulf Freeway in Houston was arrested for DWI by Splendora Police on Sunday. He is charged with DWI 3rd or more and his bond was set at $7500.
Tina Denise Walters, age 40 of 31103 Honeysuckle in Magnolia was arrested Sunday for her second DWI charge. Her bond was set at $1500.
April Allyne Lowry, age 32 of 27059 Canyon Ranch in Magnolia was arrested by Magnolia Police for DWI on FM 1488 Her bond was set at $600.
Precinct 4 Deputy Constable Josh Bergland arrested Kevin Dywayne Matthews, age 40 of 23457 Heritage Oaks in Porter on a charge of DWI 3rd or More. Matthews has a bond of $25,000.
