District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 41 year old male from Laredo was arrested at 11:30pm, November 1, at the Joe Corley Detention facility by Deputy J. Fluellen for a family violence assault warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was advised the male had a warrant and took custody at the Detention facility and placed the male in the County jail.
A 36 year old female from Splendora was arrested at 11:20pm, November 2, near Hwy 105 and Fostoria by Sgt. J. Varnell for a DWI 2nd warrant and a possession of controlled substance warrant, both out of Montgomery County. The Deputy took possession of the female from a Liberty County Deputy that had detained her for public intoxication. The female was transported to jail.
On November 3, Deputy K. Berger stopped a vehicle for several traffic violations in the 18000 block of Browder Traylor Road. The Deputy identified the male driver and discovered his driver’s license was invalid. The 43 year old male from Willis was arrested at 10:45pm, charged with driving while license invalid and transported to jail.
A 32 year old female from Willis was arrested at 2:55pm, November 4, in the 13300 block of Brigadier Drive by Deputy J. Bourne for a theft by check warrant out of Dallas County. The Deputy was on a disturbance call. The female was taken to jail.
On November 4, Deputy K. Albritton was notified of a welfare concern in the 15800 block of Tree Monkey Road. The welfare concern was on a female found laying in a ditch. The female was found to be intoxicated and refused any medical treatment. The 47 year old female from Livingston was arrested for public intoxication and taken to jail.
On November 4, Deputy K. Underwood stopped a vehicle in the 10300 block of Indian Point for a traffic violation. Upon checking the license of the driver it was discovered the license was invalid. The 18 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 10:36pm, charged with driving while license invalid and taken to jail.
On November 5, Deputy K. Underwood along with other Deputies descended on an area in the 8900 block of W. Buffalo Circle in reference to suspicious persons possibly burglarizing vehicles. Sgt. J. Varnell observed a male near a couple of vehicles at which time the male fled on foot. Deputy Underwood searched the area and located the male crouched down behind some houses. Property was recovered from the two vehicles but the arrested suspect had several items in his backpack that had possibly been taken from other vehicles in the area. The 17 year old male from Willis was arrested at 1:28am and charged with two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle and also evading arrest/detention. The male was taken to jail.
On November 5, Sgt. E. Ward was sent to the 9300 block of Crystal Springs in reference to a family violence assault by threat call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who stated he and his son got into a verbal argument. The younger male had been drinking. The younger male told his father if he (the son) went to jail that he would come back and kill everyone in the house. There had been violence in the past. The 46 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 9:00pm and transported to jail.
On November 6, Deputy K. Berger was dispatched to the 12800 block of Rocky Road for a disturbance call. On arrival the Deputy met with two intoxicated females who were part of an argument. The husband of one of the female’s left the scene prior to the Deputy’s arrival. The two females, ages 21 and 28, both from Conroe, were arrested at 2:25am and charged with public intoxication. The 28 year old female was additionally charged with disorderly conduct. Both were taken to jail.
On November 6, Deputies A. Terrell and J. Kader were notified of a burglary of a building in the 10400 block of White Rock Road. The Deputies met with a male complainant who advised someone had broken into his travel trailer, used as storage, and had taken his property. The Deputies were advised by the complainant that a witness came to his house and brought his property back that had been given to him by his cousin. The male cousin was identified and admitted to breaking into the location and removing the items. The 17 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 2:25pm, charged with burglary of a building and taken to jail.
On November 7, Deputy K. Berger responded to the 11100 block of FM 1484 for a family violence assault call. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised his daughter was intoxicated and she physically assaulted him as he was walking her downstairs. The female struck him several times on the face with a closed fist, pulled his hair and kicked him in the groin area. The 22 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:04am and transported to jail.
District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)
On November 1, 2010, Deputy Christensen responded to a Disturbance in Progress call at the Ace Cash Express on Sawdust Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Christensen met with all parties involved, and determined that the nature of the disturbance was due to a forgery. The suspect, 18-year-old Female from The Woodlands, had taken two checks from her parent’s checkbook and attempted to cash one. When the clerk attempted to verify the check, she was told that it was stolen. While on the phone verifying the check, the suspect’s father arrived on scene and contacted 9-1-1. Deputy Christensen contacted the District Attorney’s office and charges for Forgery were accepted. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On November 1, 2010, Deputy Jobe was on location in the parking area of the 19th Hole Sports Bar assisting another officer with a traffic stop, when he was approached by the manager of the bar who stated that he needed officers in his bar to assist with an unruly patron. Deputy Jobe proceeded inside to find the staff holding the suspect down just inside the front door. The suspect, 31-year-old male from Austin, appeared to be heavily intoxicated. After being detained, the suspect continued to attempt to pull away from Deputy Jobe. Once at the vehicle, the suspect briefly broke away from the deputy, but was quickly apprehended and continued to resist. The suspect was placed in the patrol vehicle and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for Resisting Arrest/Detention and Evading.
On November 1, 2010, Deputy Roberts arrested a 36-year-old female from Spring for Theft. The suspect attempted to take $83.36 in groceries from the HEB at 130 Sawdust Road. The suspect had concealed several items in her purse and purchased a few others, but made no attempt to pay for the concealed items before exiting the store. She was taken into custody, charged with Class B Misdemeanor Theft. Charges were upgraded to State Jail Felony due to two prior Theft convictions. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On November 03, 2010 Deputy Bauer responded to 24900 block of Hayden Road Splendora, Texas and made a warrant arrest for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse.
On November 04, 2010 Deputy White responded to the 22500 block of Kent Street New Caney, Texas and made a warrant arrest for Theft for Harris County.
On November 04, 2010 Deputy Durrenberger responded to 14200 block of McGregor Road Conroe, Texas for a welfare check and made a Felony warrant arrest for Assault Family Violence Choking.
On November 04, 2010 Deputy White made an arrest for assault family in the 2500 block of Spruce Lane Cleveland, Texas.
On November 05, 2010 Deputy Durrenberger responded to the Porter, Texas Wal-Mart and met with Asset Protection. He arrested 3 individuals for Misdemeanor theft.
On November 07, 2010 Deputy LeBeau responded to the Thunder Gun Range on FM 1314 for a welfare check and made a felony motion to revoke warrant arrest for Liberty County.
On November 08, 2010 Deputy Jackson responded to the CVS Pharmacy in Porter, Texas in reference to a shoplifter and made an arrest for theft. During the investigation another charge of fail to identify was added because the arrested person gave a false identity.
On November 09, 2010 Deputies Ortiz, Dunn, and McKee arrested 3 individuals for traffic warrants out of Justice of the Peace Precinct 4.
District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)
On November 5th Sergeant Webb conducted a traffic stop on vehicle passing in a no passing turn lane on FM 1774 at Magnolia Lakes. The driver had no Liability Insurance, expired registration and expired vehicle inspection. The Sergeant discovered the 23 year old male subject driver’s license was suspended due to prior Driving While License Suspended offenses. The Subject was placed into custody for DWLI and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 3rd Sergeant Russell was dispatched to Huffsmith Conroe Road in reference to a Disturbance in Progress. Upon arrival the Sergeant met with all parties involved. The female subject advised she and her boyfriend had become involved in a verbal altercation and as she grabbed her clothes to leave her boyfriend had physically dragged her out of their residence by her hair. The male subject advised he had only escorted her out of the residence. The male subject was arrested for Assault Family Violence and when checking on the female subject’s identification she came back with two active warrants at which time she was also taken into custody and both parties were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 1st Deputy Krolczyk and Sergeant Bybee were dispatched to an Aggravated Assault call on Decker Prairie Rosehill Road. On arrival the Deputies met with the two parties involved. The males subject advised that he and his wife had been arguing for days and at one point in the verbal altercation his wife had stabbed him in the chest with an letter opener and when he had tried to get away from her she stabbed him two more times. The female subject advised she was only trying to protect herself. The female subject was arrested for Felony Aggravated Assault and transported the Montgomery County Jail. The male subject was transported to Tomball Regional Medical Center.
On October 30th Deputy Mittag and Deputy Herman were dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision in reference to an Aggravated Assault. Upon arrival the Deputies met with the 52 year old male Complainant who advised he had gotten into an argument with his female roommate and she had grabbed a hunting knife and cut him on the face and again on the hand when he took the knife away from her. The female subject claimed the Complainant was crazy and had hit his head on the wall. There was blood on the female subject’s hand and she had no visible injuries. The female subject was arrested for Felony Aggravated Assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 30th Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the Brushy Creek subdivision in reference to a Family Violence in Progress. Upon arrival the Deputy met with the female Complainant who advised her husband had kicked in her locked bedroom door and started screaming at her. He then went into the kitchen and returned with a knife threatening to kill her. A witness collaborated her story. The male subject was taken into custody and charged with Felony Aggravated Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 31st Deputy Overbay and Deputy Birch were dispatched to the Clear Creek Forest subdivision in reference to a Family Violence call. Upon arrival the Deputies met with the 45 year old female Complainant who advised that her husband had chased her out into the street with a pair of pliers, grabbed her by the hair, and threw her to the ground. The Complainant’s husband was located in the woods behind his residence. The male subject was taken into custody and charged with Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 31st Deputy Tavarez was dispatched to the area of Nichol Sawmill and Butera in reference to an Assault Past. Upon arrival the Deputy met with the 23 year old female Complainant who advised she had been assaulted by her boyfriend’s ex-wife when they dropped off his children after a weekend visit. The Complainant stated the female subject had attacked while she was sitting seat belted in the driver’s seat of her car. The female subject was taken into custody and charged with Assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On October 31st Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to the 24000 Block of McBee in reference to a 911 Hang Up Call. Upon arrival the Deputy met with a 49 year old male subject who advised he and girlfriend had a verbal argument earlier that night and when he had gone to bed she had entered the room and put a gun to his cheek. The male subject had taken the gun away from her and placed it in a safe spot. The female subject claimed she had not pointed the gun at the male subject but did have it in her hand. The female subject was taken into custody and charged with Felony Aggravated Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)
On November 2nd Sgt. Spiller responded to the 15800 block of FM 149 for a Burglary of a Vehicle. Investigation revealed where several articles were stolen from inside the unlocked vehicle while it sat parked overnight. A latent print examination was conducted at the scene and the case is currently under investigation by the Patrol Division.
On November 5th Deputy Davis responded to the 12600 block of FM 149 in regards to a Theft. It was learned that a Chevrolet Tahoe had been stolen during the night from a parking lot at this location. Evidence noted at the scene indicated that forced entry into the vehicle had been made to facilitate the theft. This case is currently under investigation by the Montgomery County Auto Theft Task Force.
On November 3rd Deputy Howze responded to the 21700 block of FM 2854 in regards to Animal Cruelty. Investigation revealed where three dogs running loose had entered onto Complainants farm property and killed four of his goats. The complainant was forced to put all three dogs down in order to stop further destruction to the remainder of his livestock. The owner of the dogs was located and cited for Failure to Restrain Animals.
On November 5th Deputy Favorat responded to the area of Walden Rd. near Lake Island Dr. on the report of an intoxicated male staggering in the roadway. Upon arrival to the area, the male was located and detained. Further investigation revealed that the male was highly intoxicated and posed a danger to himself and others. The male subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 5th Deputy Rex conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle for driving without lights when required in the 100 block of April Sound Blvd. Upon making contact with the male driver and administering several standard field sobriety tests the subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. During the arrest and transport process this individual became belligerent, combative and made several threats against the arresting deputy. In addition to the DWI charge, the subject was also placed into the Montgomery County Jail for Terroristic Threat against a Public Servant.
District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)
On November 2, 2010, Deputy Houstoun arrested a 22-year-old Male from Houston after responding to a collision at the intersection of Lake Woodlands and Pinecroft Drive. Witnesses stated that the suspect had turned left into the mall on a red light, striking another vehicle before continuing on, into the mall. The suspect did return to the scene. Deputy Houstoun made contact with the suspect, who appeared to be unsteady on his feet. When asked for his driver’s license and insurance, the suspect gave Deputy Houstoun his insurance, but stated he did not have a license because he lost it for intoxicated driving. The suspect was asked to perform several field sobriety tests, but was unable to complete the tests due to his level of intoxication. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On November 5, 2010, Deputy Harrison arrested a 45-year-old Female from The Woodlands at 10777 Kuykendahl for Aggregate Theft. The suspect had on multiple occasions, scanned coupons for cash redemption. The store manager provided documentation listing multiple transactions totaling $282.00 The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
The following Shoplifting Arrests were reported:
11/3 – Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 26-year-old male from Houston at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. While en route to the scene, Deputy Rodriguez was informed that store security was chasing the suspect through the mall parking lot. A search of the area was conducted, but the suspect was not immediately located. While gathering information from store security, the suspect was located on the opposite side of the mall, and taken into custody and returned to Sears Loss Prevention Office. The suspect had attempted to take approximately $49.99 worth of merchandise from Sears. He was also found to have a bracelet and bottle of cologne from two other stores on his person when arrested. The suspect was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where a check of his criminal history found at least three previous convictions for theft. Charges were enhanced to a State Jail Felony.
11/3 – Deputy Huante arrested a 17 year old male and a 16 year old male, both from Spring at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspects attempted to take approximately $155 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail and Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
11/6 – Deputy Weatherford arrested a 19 year old male from Huntsville at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $168.50 worth of merchandise from Macys. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
