Chief Torres confirmed Friday afternoon that a total of a dozen arrests have been made since the investigation into the death of a student from and overdose and two others transported from the school to the hospital one week ago after ingesting an unknown substance. Most of the arrests were juveniles and many for possession of marijuana. One adult was arrested Thursday when Payton Pryce Bourgeois, 19, of 26962 Old Highway 105, in Montgomery was taken into custody.in Lake Conroe Village. Bourgeois is a former student who was identified as supplying prescription drugs to students. He was found in possession of empty pill capsules when he was arrested. He was arrested on two open warrants that had been issued from Justice of the Peace Precinct 1. They included Possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
