PAIR OF SISTERS JAILED FOR THEFT

On October 6, Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constables  responded to the Walmart Store at 2901 Riley Fuzzel Road for a shoplifting call. They arrived and found 4 women who had been involved in a theft of over $200.00. All four women Mary Louise Young, Gwendolyn Marie Young, Dorothy Sharp, and Helen Sharp entered the store, Gwendolyn Young started grabbing items from shelves and putting them in the basket from the grocery section, Halloween section and the Crafts Department. The other women acted as look outs while Gwendolyn Young, concealed items in her purse. They then left a basket with some items and proceeded out of the store. All four were arrested, however Gwendolyn Young, 56, of Richards Road in Spring and Mary Louise Young, 57, of Ella Blvd in Houston were both with State Jail Felonies due tot he fact they had prior theft convictions. They are being held on a $1500 bond. Dorothy Jean Sharp, 52, of Richards Road in Spring and Hellen Ann Sharp, 53, of Richards Road in Spring were charged with theft of $100 to $750, a misdemeanor in County Court.  They are being held on a $500 bond.
