Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office Serves Warrant, Seizes Drugs, Guns

On May 18, 2017, deputies with Harris County Precinct 4, Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit, conducted a search warrant at a storage business located in the 22400 block of Rothwood Dr. The search warrant was granted after conducting an investigation and learning that the defendant, identified as John Moore, had been selling methamphetamine, stolen property and other narcotics out of a storage unit. During the search, deputies discovered approximately 4 ounces of methamphetamine, 2 ounces of powder cocaine, and small amounts of other narcotics. Additionally, three firearms, and were seized from the unit.

“John Moore was arrested and charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Moore was then booked into the Harris County Jail with a total bond set of $40,000.00.” – Precinct 4 Constable, Mark Herman
