Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden reports the following events for the dates of July 20 – July 28:

Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 deputies served 92 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County, leaving 124 civil papers pending to be served. 4 writs were served by Captain Moody leaving 9 pending writs. There were no evictions. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made several arrest, from these arrest 11 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The Deputies also arrested 1 for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants and 2 persons on felony warrants.

No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way
7 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and 8 citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations.

Neighborhood Narcotics Patrol
* On July 20, at 11:30 p.m., K-9 Deputy Sharp conducted a narcotics investigation in the Porter (Ford Rd.) area. A 29 year old white female from Kingwood was arrested for Manufacture/Possession with intent to deliver a Controlled Substance. Several other suspects were arrested. All suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. All names are withheld due to an ongoing investigation. A large amount of methamphetamine (packaged for sale) was removed from the streets of East Montgomery County.

* On July 22 at 11 p.m. Several Deputies with the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office conducted a narcotics search warrant in the Bill’s 3 G’s mobile home park. After entering trailer # 19 Deputies found an active meth lab. Four adults were arrested for Manufacture/Possession with intent to deliver a Controlled Substance. All were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. All had a bond set at $75,000.oo each. Deputy Ford was the lead unit during this narcotics investigation. The Pct. 4 Constable’s Mobile Command Unit was brought to the scene, while the evidence was processed by DEA agents. Deputies were on scene for over seven hours. 24-year-old Daniel Burdick from Conroe, 18-year-old Michelle Layton from Conroe,48-year Bobby Spears from New Caney, and 58 year old Thomas Terry from Houston all were arrested.

* On July 13 at 8 p.m. Deputy Rivera and his partner Deputy B. Hanks conducted a traffic stop on a red and white Chevy truck in the New Caney area. During the investigation an active meth lab was discovered. 27-year-old Joshua Finley from Tennessee Colony Texas and 56-year old Michael Turner from Huffman were arrested for Manufacture/Possession with intent to deliver a Controlled Substance. Both men were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. DEA agents along with several Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable Units were on scene for over 10 hours processing the evidence for the scene. Both men were also charged with Possession or transport of Anhydrous Ammonia.
