Montgomery County Pct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden reports the following events for the dates of February 9 – 16:

Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 Deputies served 66 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County. There were 9 evictions served along with 2 writs.  Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made numerous arrests, from these arrests, 20 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The Deputies also arrested 4 persons for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants. One person was arrested for an active felony warrant. 

No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way!

15 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and 27 citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations. 8 other vehicles were towed after the driver’s were arrested during a traffic stop.

Skipping School =Contempt of Court 

On Feb. 11, JP 4 Judge Metts held court for school teens in the East Montgomery County area that failed to attend school. Splendora School District students Jacob Sallee, 17 and Andrea Reed, 17 were found to be in contempt of court at the JP 4 court for being absent from school with an invalid reason.

Conroe School District student Kristine Almanzar, 17, and New Caney School District student Daniel Cervantes, 17, were found to be in contempt of court at the JP 4 court for being absent from school with an invalid reason.

All four arrested were transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe

Neighborhood Narcotics Patrol

On Feb. 11 at 2:30 a.m. Pct. 4 Deputy Bergland conducted a traffic stop on a gray in the Old Houston Rd. area for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as 26 year old Michelle Ward from Conroe. Michelle was found to be a wanted person in Montgomery County with three active warrants. During this arrest she was found to be in possession of meth. Michelle was charged with possession of a controlled substance. The front seat passenger was identified as 37 year old Paul Mills from Conroe Tx. Further investigation lead to his arrest for an open Montgomery County Misd. Warrant and he was in possession of meth. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On Feb. 12 at 10:30 pm Corporal Looza and Deputy Bergland responded to an under age party in the River Walk neighborhood with alcohol involved. During the investigation 20 year old John McGeein from Porter was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was placed under arrest. 21 year old Douglas Bills from New Caney was charged with furnishing Alcohol to a minor. Both were transported to the East Montgomery County Jail.

On Feb. 14 at 10:30 pm Deputy Ford conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation in the New Caney area of FM 1485 and Vick Rd. The driver was identified as 19 year old Zacharia Munoz, further investigation lead to his arrest for possession of marijuana. He was transporter to the Montgomery County Jail with a $500 bond.

Theft at Wal-Mart

On Feb. 14, Deputy Chapa responded to the Porter Wal-Mart within hours apart for a shop lifter in custody call. Chelsea Hutcheson from Porter and Cahedeon Triff from Houston were both issued citation for separate theft cases. The items stolen were undrer $50
