Pct. 4 Crime Report

The Following events occurred between Sept. 8 and Sept. 15, 2009

Montgomery County Constable Pct. 4 deputies served 46 civil papers throughout East Montgomery County leaving 47 pending. There were 14 evections served. Captain Moody served 3 writs and is in the process of serving 8 more. Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s office made several arrest, from these arrest 16 JP 4 warrants were cleared. The Deputies also arrested 8 persons for outstanding Montgomery County misdemeanor warrants, and 2 persons were arrested for outstanding felony warrants.

No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Way
9 vehicles were towed in East Montgomery County for no DL and no insurance and 28 citations were issued to the drivers for traffic violations.

Neighborhood Narcotics Patrol
On Sept. 8, at 9 p.m. K-9 Deputy Sharp conducted a traffic stop on a orange passenger car in the Porter area for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as 25-year-old Whitney Wilkins from Porter. Whitney became very nervous while Deputy Sharp conducted this traffic stop. After further investigation, it was found that Whitney was in possession of 192 Hydrocodone pills for which she had no prescription. Whitney advised Deputy Sharp that she works for a hospital and it was an accident that these pills made their way into her possession. Whitney was arrested for possession of a controlled substance; she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On Sept. 9, at 6:30 p.m., several Deputies with the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office responded to an address on Fostoria Rd. in Splendora in reference to a tip about a wanted felon. As the Deputies arrived on scene one person fled from the home into a wooded area. The wanted felon was captured without any incident. While on scene Deputies discovered a large amount of methamphetamine. Three people were charged with possession of a controlled substance. They were identified as 21-year-old Crystal Kimberlin from Cleveland. Crystal was wanted for an outstanding felony warrant. The other two arrested were identified as 33-year-old Patricia Quintanilla from Conroe, and 24-year-old Anthony Sustaita from Cleveland. All three were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and given a bond of $75,000 for their drug possession charges. The male who fled the scene was later arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was placed into the Montgomery County Jail with a$1,000 bond.

On Sept. 15, at 2:30 a.m. K-9 Deputy Bergland conducted a narcotics investigation at 16472 Brittany Way in Conroe after he had several complainants about a known drug dealer in a neighborhood. After further investigation, 39-year-old Charles Box from Conroe was arrested for manufacturing of a controlled substance, after a meth lab was found to be in his home. Charles was also a wanted person through Texas Pardons and Parole. 38-year-old Regina Standard was also inside this meth lab home. She too was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Charles had a bond set at $100,000 and Regina had a bond set at $50,000.

Tampering With Government Records
On Sept. 10, at 7 a.m. K-9 Deputy Bergland conducted a traffic stop at the end of his shift on a gray passenger car for a defective tail light. The driver identified himself as Jorge Carranza. This person even produced two Government records. The driver showed Deputy Bergland a birth certificate and a social security card. The driver could not remember if he was 32 years old or 22 years old. After further investigation Deputy Bergland arrested this person for failure to identify. The Montgomery County Jail Division fingerprinted this person and positively identified him as 37-year-old Carols Gonzalez from Conroe. He was also charged with tampering with a government record. His bonds were set at $6,500. It was determined that Carlos had entered into the USA illegally. He will be held at the Montgomery County Jail until the Immigration Customs Enforcement agents take custody of him.

East Montgomery Count Fair and Rodeo
On Sept. 11, the East Montgomery count Fair and Rodeo kicked off with a large Bar B Q cook off. The Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office provided security for the entire event. Over the weekend three minors were found to be drinking alcohol. They were all escorted to the Constable’s Mobile Command Unit, cited for minor in possession of alcohol, and released to a parent. They were then escorted off of the fair grounds property. Three people were arrested for disorderly conduct charges after Deputies broke up a fight inside the dance hall area. All three were transported to the Montgomery County jail. One person was arrested for outstanding JP 4 warrants. 20-year-old Calude Bark was arrested for possession of marijuana and fail to identify after he gave Deputies a false name. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
