“Another Family Affair”
Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department has received several complaints on a house in the Hazy Hollow Subdivision about supplying drugs to school age kids in the Magnolia area. On April 21, 2017 The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department executed a search warrant at 30375 Lakes Edge Lane in Magnolia. After the house was secured, investigators found marijuana grow operations equipment, 137 grams of pure THC wax, 2 pound and 11.6 ounces of hydroponic marijuana, 160 Xanax pills, 232 Cyclobenzaprine pills, 13 Promethazine pills, 1 Hydrocodone pill, digital scales and multiple small plastic bags used for narcotics distribution. Deputies also located several weapons including 4 pistols, a 12 gauge shotgun and a Houston Police Department jacket. The mom and two sons that live at the house were all arrested. Susan Chacon (45) Cody Webb (25) and Raymundo Chacon (19) were arrested and charged with Organized Crime, Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 (4 grams – 200 grams) a First Degree Felony, Possession of Marijuana (4 ounces – 5 pounds) a State Jail Felony and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 (28 grams – 200 grams) a Second Degree Felony. The mother Susan Chacon was additionally charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3 (28 grams – 200 grams) a Second Degree Felony and two counts of Possession of a Dangerous Drug (less than 28 grams) a Class A Misdemeanor. The total street value of the narcotics seized during the execution of the search warrant is estimated to be around $13,000.00.
