14 Year Old Arrested for Terroristic Threat, LIVINGSTON, October 4, 2016 – A random text that was sent shortly after 8 pm on October 3, 2016 by a local 14 year old boy that contained a terroristic threat fell into the hands of Livingston Police Department. The text alluded to shooting at LISD. Officers and Detectives with Livingston Police Department went into action and made and arrest shortly before 1 am.
