POT GROWING FAMILY BUSTED

On January 6, 2016 deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance call in the 23500 block of Cranberry trail. Upon deputies’ arrival, a witness reported that there was Marijuana being grown and sold from a residence. During the Constable’s investigation, they observed several marijuana plants in the back yard and could smell a strong odor of marijuana around the evidence.

The deputies obtained a search warrant for the residence and located 2.4 ounces of marijuana inside the residence, along with an area that was used to grow and cultivate marijuana plants. The defendants, Brian Edward Cermak and Ian Alexander Cermak were arrested, and charged with Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Brian Cermak’s bond was set at $2000 in County Court 14 and Ian Cermak’s bond was set at $1500 in County Court 14. It was also determined by investigators the 2 suspects are a father and his son.
