On 8/16/2017 The Montgomery County Pct. 4 Office of Constable Rowdy Hayden conducted a “High Visibility Criminal Interdiction” operation that focused on I-69 Corridor, between FM 1314 and Fostoria Rd in East Montgomery County. The operation was conducted between hours of 8p-3a and resulted in 10 arrests. Those arrests included possession of cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine and heroin, 3 DWI arrests, 2 for Driving While License Invalid arrests and several warrants; it also resulted in the seizure of one vehicle. Constable Hayden, who also took part in the operation advised, “This was a very productive night with many arrests of people who needed to be taken off of the roadways. We strive to keep our citizen’s and visitors safe in East Montgomery County.” Constable Hayden also would like to thank both the City of Splendora Police Department as well as the East Montgomery County DPS Troopers who also took part in the operation and had several arrests themselves.
