A search warrant signed by Judge James Metts was run by Precinct 4 deputies early Friday morning. The location was at 9741 Slaughter Drive. The home was deep in the woods off Old Highway 105 and Faulkner Drive.
Once inside deputies found almost one pound of marijuana, 1.6 grams of quetiatine, .20 grams of morphine, and a digital scale. They also found a large amount of zip-lock bags.
Arrested were Robert Floyd Apgar, age 24 of 901 Denson Drive in Coldspring. He is charged with possession off a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $2000.
Also arrested was Lisa Darlene Terry, age 40, the home owner. She is charged with possession of marijuana. Her bond was set at $3000.
Both arrested had recently sold narcotics to deputies.
