On Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at approximately 1:35 PM, deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division were dispatched to a robbery call, at the JP Morgan/Chase Bank, located in the 2100 block of Rayford Road, in Spring, Texas.
Upon deputies’ arrival, they were advised that a female entered the bank and gave a note to one of the bank tellers. The note demanded money and stated she had a gun and would kill the teller if necessary. The bank teller complied with the note’s direction and provided the suspect with the money in her bank drawer. The female then left the bank and was witnessed leaving in a red Dodge or Toyota passenger car occupied by a black male. The suspect did not display a weapon and no one was injured during the robbery.
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Units and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene. The investigation is on-going and investigators are in the process of reviewing evidence.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit was able to obtain still photos of the suspect while committing the robbery. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in the still photos.
