Rayford Road was closed for a short time this evening after a crash in front of Spring Creek Baptist Church. According to witnesses a female driver was westbound on Rayford Road when a pickup truck pulled out of the church parking lot in front of her. With to time to brake she slammed into the side of the pickup. The female driver was transported to the hospital by Cypress Creek EMS who was enroute to back in for a MCHD ambulance who was dispatched on another call.
Montgomery County Precinct 3 Deputy Constable Orr worked the crash and has reopened the roadway.
There were no other injuries.
South Montgomery County Fire Department assisted in removing the victim from the vehicle.
