At 1015 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Houston Westbury to the Houston Ship Channel. Movement was north at 30 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms. Locations impacted include... Northwestern Pasadena, Deer Park, South Houston, Bellaire, Humble, West University Place, Galena Park, Jacinto City, Jersey Village, Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point Village, Cloverleaf, Downtown Houston, Greenway / Upper Kirby Area, Spring Branch North, Second Ward, Greater Greenspoint, Greater Heights and Neartown / Montrose.
