SHOOTING/STABBING IN PORTER SENDS THREE TO HOSPITAL

At 11:55 p.m. just as Montgomery County Detectives were finishing the accidental shooting near Conroe another shooting was reported at the Porter Sports Lounge on Loop 494 just north of FM1314 in Porter.
First units on the scene found James Foster, age 33, in the parking lot with a bullet wound to the hand.
Witnesses advised deputies that two actors had fled the scene and one remained on the scene. A description was broadcast and moments later Precinct 4 deputies Ricky Ford, Juan Chapa, and Buck Clendennen and Trooper Ryan Clendennen spotted the suspect, Matthew Knolls, age 26, in a vehicle and stopped him at FM 1314 and Loop 494. It was determined even though he was the person who shot Foster he himself suffered a knife wound through the cheek. He was transported to Kingwood Hospital.
Knolls who was shot in the hand was taken to Hermann Hospital Woodlands for his injuries.
Another suspect Stephen Cisco, age 33, also fled the scene. Again a description was put out for him. He was described as a white male, with a green shirt and mohawk haircut.
A short time later a suspicious person call came in from the Montgomery Pines Apartments, not a mile away. The person was described as the suspect that was being sought.
Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office and Precinct 4 Constables Office along with DPS converged on the area.
Cisco was found in the bathroom of an apartment but without a mohawk. In the sink lay his freshly cut hair. He to had been assaulted at the scene and was transported to Conroe Regional Hospital.
The other suspect David Took, age 41, was questioned at the scene.
It appears all four came out after a disturbance inside and thats when the fight broke out. Foster tried to take the gun from Knolls after he had been stabbed in the cheek. Knolls then shot Foster in the hand.
All suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Knolls was released from Kingwood Hospital at 5 a.m. and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
