Just before 7pm many heard a loud explosion, the second today in the Grangerland area. It appeared to be tannerite. Then just after 7pm Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office started to get calls for vehicles hit by gunfire on FM 3083 near Ben Milam School. Several units responded to the area in search of suspects. One Chevrolet pickup which had been northbound was hit in the passenger door. The bullet did not penetrate the door, if it had, it was inline with the young lady who was the passenger in the vehicle. Another couple who were southbound also were hit in the drivers side door. Once again, if it had penetrated it would have struck the male driver. Then a third vehicle, a Chevrolet pickup with a young couple who were northbounsd on FM 3083 in the same area was hit. That bullet hit behind the front passenger door. If anyone has information on who may have shot at these vehicle, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers or the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
