On Friday, Sept. 6, Sgt. Weis of the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office made traffic stop in the 32000 block of Willow Creek Park.
During his investigation, it was discovered that the driver and his two passengers were in possession of a control substance.
The driver, Clinton D. Langley, 22, was charged for Manufacture/Deliver of Control Sub PG1-Felony 1 and Manufacture/Deliver of Control Sub PG1A-Felony 1 (1 2 grams of MDMA- Ecstasy and 66 units of LSD- Acid).
The first passenger, Alexander R. Crosby, 18, was charged for Manufacture/Deliver of Control Sub PG1-Felony 1 and Manufacture/Delivery of Control Sub PG1A-Felony 1 (12 grams of MDMA- Ecstasy and 66 units of LSDAcid).
The second passenger, Lauren Bell, 18, was charged Possession of Controlled Substance PG1- Felony 3 and Possession of Controlled Substance PG1AFelony3 (1.3 grams of MDMA-Ecstasy and 36 units of LSD-Acid).
The vehicle used to make the sale of narcotics was found not to have a lien and was seized as a result of the manufacture and delivery of narcotics within the vehicle. All parties were arrested and transported to Montgomery County Jail.
