Just after 7 pm Friday a Montgomery County Precinct 1 Deputy was monitoring traffic at Seven Coves and FM 830 when a Chevrolet pickup ran through the 3-way stop sign heading east on FM 830 at close to 70 mph. By the time the deputy was able to get his vehicle in gear and turn onto FM 830 the truck was already almost 14 mile ahead passing vehicles on the right in the grassy median. It was then the deputy saw the vehicle go close to 20-feet on the air, rotating 180 degrees as it did. As the deputy approached a male passenger was lying in the roadway. As the deputy called for fire and EMS a woman approached and stated that when the truck came down and crossed FM 830 that it hit the fence and a male was ejected through the passenger window. North Montgomery County Fire arrived along with MCHD. The first male ejected onto the roadway was transported to Conroe Regional Trauma Center in critical condition with head trauma. The other person ejected was in stable condition. DPS who investigated the crash determined that both males had actually been ejected through the passenger window. The Montgomery County District Attorney Vehicular Crimes unit is assisting in the investigation.
