> Since its opening, Market Street has adhered to a policy of prohibiting news media on property without prior consent. This policy, endorsed by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department, allows law enforcement officials to conduct their efforts as efficiently as possible.

> Our security partners, Alpha and Omega Security and Valor Security, enforced this policy during the media’s coverage on Wednesday evening. At no time however was the media discouraged from covering this incident.

> Our security partners are in place to support the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department. Their efforts last night, as directed by Market Street Management and the Sheriff’s Department, allowed law enforcement officials to carry out their duties in the most efficient manner possible.
