Nathan Cole Holland, age 21 of 2000 Plantation is in the Montgomery County Jail on charges of evading arrest and has an open Blue Warrant from the Texas Department of Pardons and Parole. In addition he has several warrants through Judge Metts Court.
Holland was involved in the pursuit Sunday night from Grangerland to Conroe. Deputy Hardin and Deputy Cross were working traffic in the area of Crockett Martin and FM 2090 when Hoilland ran the flashing red light at FM 2090 and FM 1485. Hardin, a deputy in training stayed with the vehicle at speeds close to 80mph until Holland crashed into a utility pole at East Davis and North 10th in Conroe. There he fled the scene leaving his pregnant girlfriend behind.
Monday, after spending the night in the woods with an injured leg he turned himself into the Conroe Police Department and was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
The only other injuries in the crash were his girlfriend who suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Holland was already wanted for evading and has multiple other charges over the past few years.
