SUSPECT IN BABY EJECTION CRASH IN CUSTODY

DPS currently has 29-year-old James William Hammons Jr., who allegedly fled the scene of a July 20 crash that ejected his 5-month-old son from the vehicle, in custody. Calls have been coming into DPS and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office from the public all day today, assisting with locating Hammonds.

A short time ago DPS in Polk County took him into custody. Details shortly.

    Awww, come on people…so harsh…I am sure he just made a “miscalculation or an error in judgement”…yea, RIGHT!!! Scum is scum, will always be scum…and they let these people make babies.

    Mother of that baby must be glowing with pride that she got naked and crawled into bed with this guy. A truly sensible woman wouldn’t have gone any farther than removing one shoe.
