SUSPECTS WANTED FOR STEALING FROM THE HOUSTON NATIONAL CEMETERY

In May 2019, Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted an investigation into a burglary that occurred at the Houston National Cemetery located in the 10400 block of Veterans Memorial Drive. Video surveillance captured two male suspects break into a conex box at the location and steal a generator and two welders. Constable Investigators were able to locate the stolen property at a local pawn shop. After further investigation, the suspects were positively identified as Robert Alan Curry and Terrell Rashaud Modelist. The recovered stolen property has been returned to the Veteran’s National Cemetery. Robert Curry and Terrell Modelist are currently wanted by law enforcement for Felony Theft. They both received No Bond out of the 174th District Court. “If you have any information regarding their whereabouts, you are urged to contact our dispatch at
