Rayford Road between SH 99 and Fox Run is closed and will be for several hours. This after a 6500 gallon tanker carrying bio-hazard sludge rolled over. The driver was trapped. Some of the contents were dumped into the ditch. Woodlands HAzmat was able to stop the leak.
