Ex-deputy charged with exposing himself
on roadside

EAST MONTGOMERY COUNTY --  On Saturday, around 9 a.m., Roman Forest Police Officer Sieman was patrolling a neighborhood in that city when he noticed a white male standing on the roadside outside of a parked pick-up truck, wearing nothing but a towel around his waist.

As Officer Sieman neared the toweled driver, the man removed the towel and placed it inside the truck, revealing his bare buttocks.

The suspect, 27-year-old Cole Bishop, had no explanation for being out on a Saturday morning wearing nothing but a towel, and then removing the towel, exposing himself to the officer and neighbors.

Cole Bishop was also found to be in possession of expired law enforcement credentials. Officer Sieman made contact with the law enforcement agency who stated Bishop is not currently a deputy, and asked RFPD to return the ID to them.

Bishop was charged with Disorderly Conduct and the expired law enforcement identification was returned to the proper agency.
