On December 4, 2016, Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 12900 block of Wincrest Court in reference to a theft of UPS packages. Deputy Constables’ met with a witness who observed an unknown white female steal packages from their neighbor’s door step left there earlier by UPS. The witness was able to provide a description of the suspect’s vehicle, described as a red Toyota Corolla, and a partial license plate.
Deputies immediately began searching the area for the suspect vehicle and were able to stop the vehicle just outside the neighborhood. The driver of the vehicle, Jessica L. Jordan, was then positively identified by the witness as being the one who stole the packages which contained toys for the complainant’s grandchildren. The items were recovered and returned to the rightful owner.
“Jessica Jordan has been charged with misdemeanor theft and will have to appear before the Harris County Justice of the Peace Court, Precinct 4, Place 1.” – Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman
