Traffic Stop leads to Parole Violation and Narcotics Arrest

On April 27, 2016 Deputy Simpson with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department made a traffic stop on Turtle Creek Lane in Magnolia, Texas. While the vehicle was pulling over for the traffic stop Deputy Simpson noticed something was thrown from the passenger window. Deputy Simpson identified the driver as Ryan Steven Runyon age 35. Upon a check of Runyon’s name and date of birth he was found to have a Parole violation warrant from the State of Texas. Mr. Runyon was detained on the scene. When Deputy Simpson went to see what Runyon had thrown out the window he found it to be approximately 3 ounces of methamphetamine. Ryan Steven Runyon was arrest for the Parole violation, First degree felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Third Degree Felony for Tampering with Evidence. Mr. Runyon is now resting in the Montgomery County Jail.
