Traffic Stop Yields over 1 pound of Methamphetamine

Last Saturday  around 3 p.m., a Pct. 4 Deputy stopped a vehicle on Hwy 59, close to Community Dr. for a traffic violation. An investigation found 16 grams of methamphetamine inside a plastic container. Also, inside the vehicle was a smaller plastic baggie with just under 1.5 grams of methamphetamine. The deputy also thought, at first glance, the ‘pistol in the vehicle was real, but ultimately turned out to be a CO2 pistol. Finally a syringe loaded with a clear liquid was found along with other clear plastic baggies.

The driver, identified by her Kentucky Driver’s License as Lisa Decker and the passenger, Michael Dunn were arrested for the alleged Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
