1:00 P.M.-Currently a train shut down on the northbound track. According to the railroad the train went into emergency shut-down and until they walk the length of the train to determine the problem it is unable to move at all.
They are reporting the crossings from Foster to Lewis are blocked.
This includes 105(Davis) and Phillips.
