Two More Magnolia Meth Arrests

On July 25, 2016, the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Department arrested a male and a female when they attempted to sell Methamphetamine to an undercover deputy Constable.

Alicia Joanne Heath, 24, and Ryan Christopher Wilson, 30, were arrested in the Magnolia area for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Heath was held on a $50,000 bond for a first degree felony Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Wilson was held on $120,000 bond for a first degree felony and a third degree felony of Manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

A first degree felony is punishable by life or 5-99 years in prison and a fine up t0 $10,000. A third degree felony is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.
