Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle / Unlawful Carrying of Weapon

On January 18, 2016 Deputy J. Malek with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity believed to be a possible burglary in progress in the 11900 block of Paramount Ln. Upon arrival, the deputy observed two males attempting to hide by sliding down in the seat of a vehicle.

Deputy Malek detained the suspects and in the course of his investigation, he discovered a firearm and learned that the vehicle was stolen and had been taken in an aggravated robbery. The suspects were identified as Charleston Ransom and Brock Matthews.

Brock Matthews was arrested, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Charleston Ransom was arrested and charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. Both were then booked into the Harris County Jail. Matthews bail was set at $3000 out of the 337th District Court and Ransom’s bail was set at $5000 out of County Court 004.

“The citizen that called our office about these suspicious persons made these arrests happen”! “Please keep calling our office of this type activity”.

    your right, ask these young blacks after they’re arrested who their daddy is and I’ll bet they give a dozen different names, because they don’t know, had no discipline, no father around to teach them right from wrong, to appreciate the gift of life or to have any respect for themselves, for others or the property of others, They are barely a step above nothing more than a animal. Every time I turn on TV and see all these blacks marching and shouting for this justice and that justice, I wonder why they aren’t home parenting their kids instead of setting poor examples of how to scream, hate and blame everyone else for their problems.

    I am amazed that blacks only making about 13% of America’s population are committing well over half the robberies. If black lives matter, you would think they would not be committing all these crimes. Chances are they can get shot and killed. Also, I guess the hard earned possessions of others do not matter huh? Who teaches these people, or should I say, who does not teach these people to do what is right?
