United States Marshals Service in Florida Arrest Local Man Wanted For Murder

This morning members of the United States Marshals Service Task Force located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida apprehended murder suspect Kysion David, 29, for the shooting death of a local man last month in north Harris County.
On Saturday, August 25, 2018, at around 8:50 a.m., HCSO patrol units were dispatched to 17417 Red Oak Drive in regard to a shots fired disturbance call.
Upon arrival, deputies found an adult male shot now identified as Anselmo Farrington, 29, dead just inside the entry door to his apartment.
No suspect(s) were on scene.
During the investigation it was learned that the complainant was inside the apartment, when he became involved in a verbal altercation with David.
David shot the complainant multiple times and fled the scene.
Local Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force personnel have been working closely with their counterparts in Fort Lauderdale after information was received on his whereabouts.
David was arrested without incident early this morning and will be extradited back to Harris County to be arraigned for the murder of Mr. Farrington.
